My son sent me a Mother`s Day voucher . When I tried to redeem it , it turned into a nightmare. They texted a complicated access code to my `phone and told me to `tap` to acknowledge ..... My `phone is only an ordinary little `phone so I was unable to `tap` and so I couldn`t do anything to redeem the voucher and had to get in touch with my son . I forwarded the `text` to him and he sorted it out for me.

I tried to get help through Amazon...It was impossible !! I think it is time Amazon realized that not everyone has a Smart `phone and able to `tap` a screen. Also. they need to make it easier to get help when needed.

I got really upset about it and it spoilt the surprise from my son.
