Heres some help with finding your size

Love the shoes and was looking for this colourway at a good price. Amazing comfort they feel like clouds. The 574s always seem to come under fire for the sizing issues people have. This would be avoided if you checked a pair of shoes that fit you and had a look at the sizing tag where it should show the CM measurement of the shoe. For example, i am a 6.5 usually in nike trainers. This is 25.5cm. Therefore if u look at new balances sizing charts this correlates to a size 7 in their shoes. Similar to the way adidas sizing works also. Nothing new and quite common when buying from a different shoe brand! As a general rule of thumb, it means you should go up .5 of a size when buying from new balance.

I have 20+ pairs of New Balance trainers which I bought from High Street shops. This pair is very different to the originals. The way they fit, the quality of the materials, the insole and other details make me 100% sure that these shoes are not the real thing. AMAZON HAS A DUTY OF CARE TO MAKE SURE THAT COUNTERFEITS ARE NOT SOLD ON ITS WEBSITE. It's one thing to buy something you don't know about or you just don't like provided that it's an original but it's a completely different thing when you are sold a counterfeit. I bought these shoes in good faith and trusting in Amazon

I'm a size UK 10.5 so I usually get a UK 11 for comfort. I bought these in a UK 11 and they were too SMALL, so I sent them back and ordered a UK 11.5 - which are too BIG. So I've had to go through the same king routine again with the Post Office which I'm getting king tired of. Think I'll go in to an actual SHOP next time, pay a bit more, be served with a smile, be satisfied with what I've bought and walk out a happy man. Instead of all this king about.

First impression was great, good looking, fit nice, comfortable. Wore them for just over a month and left one started to develop a wearing mark on the inside just under the stitches, which i found out this morning, opened up leaving a 10mm whole. Not impressed.. this brand is supposed to endure wear and tear for long periods but these really let me down. I am considering they might not be a genuine product at this point.

Trainer itself is good. But for sure, as others have commented, get a size above your usual size. I'm a 9, got a 9.5, too small, and I mean, toes right at the end too small. Got a 10 in the end, which fit okay. Trainer is good, sizing is awfully misinformative.

Bought these trainers beginning of winter so hardly worn them. I suspect I’ve worn them 10 times. Now the midsole seems to have come away from the sole creating a terrible clipping sound when you walk. If I wanted high heels I’d of bought Stilletos!!!😡🤬.
The trainers are irreparable and Impossible to return or get a refund!!!.
Absolutely gutted as overall they are a good looking comfy trainer BUT WITH SERIOUS MANUFACTURING ISSUES. AVOID!!! . Or play the lottery of getting a pair that’s been made well.

It just confirms that shoes/trainers/boots vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and, if possible, you should try them in the flesh.
I love the trainers though and have returned the 9.5 and ordered a 10 and a 10.5 and will return one of them. The colour is similar to the images shown ... not a light grey but not green in any way - just a medium grey.

EDIT.
I received the 10 and the 10.5 today (very quick delivery) and have returned the 10.5 and kept the 10.

My previous trainers have been 9 or 9.5

I would say, judging from my own experience, plus what most other buyers say, that you would need to buy a half size bigger than your normal trainer size. I guess it's possible that you could go up a whole size but in my case the 10 was perfect whereas the 9.5 was too small and the 10.5 was too big.

Being a trainer wearer, fan and adidas collector for many years. As I've reached middle age its no surprise that comfort is now key. So my go-to shoe of choice and comfort over the past couple of years has become the iconic NB Classic 574, which not only offers comfort in heaps, but still looks amazing with a pair of jeans or fatigues. So If I'm going to be on my feet for any length of time these are by far the comfiest trainers I own, hence why I have 5 pairs of them in different colours now.

My main reason for me leaving this review was purely for the colour. Being a trainer nerd, luckily for me I knew what colour these trainers were meant to be. That said I still ordered them with caution as the picture on the website was very different. When they arrived I was pleased to see they were exactly as I'd hoped and were the luscious rich deep burgundy colour as shown on my photo. I understand how these things are photographed and sometimes the bleached out images can put people off, so I hope this helps.

I bought these as i had a similar pair previous and they came up at a good price, the colour looked fantastic, especially with jeans and they were comfortable, they did feel a bit snug around the toe mine being a size 11, my other pair are a 11.5 so maybe thats my size in New Balance..
Anyway i wore them to a football match, and out on a few walks and then noticed the back sole had started to peel away at the heel, this got worse on the next walk so i have had to return them to amazon and have a refund as they no longer have the size or price..
