New built in memory foam insole!

Rocket Dog Jazzins have been my favourite trainer for a while, and this is my third pair. I can’t usually wear other brands of pump as the toes are never wide enough and I get blisters, but Jazzins have a wider toe box and are a really great fit for me. The only thing I could criticise in the past was the lack of cushioning in the sole, but this has been easy to remedy with a pair of memory foam insoles. (Insoles have also fixed the fact that jazzins run slightly large in my experience, meaning that my correct size plus an insole gives a perfect fit).

Imagine my delight when this new pair of leopard print Jazzins arrived, and I find they have given them a BUILT IN MEMORY FOAM INSOLE!!! So now they are super comfy and a perfect fit right out of the box. The print is beautiful too. Love them!

Absolutely love these but after 3 months wear they started to come away at the sides

These shoes are really comfortable and lightweight. However, after wearing them for less than 3 months (purchased May - writing this in August) they have started to come away at the sides where the rubber meets the material - see picture.

I think mine are just cut too short on the outer material and not stuck down properly. I am contacting Amazon for an exchange.

Read other negative reviews regarding the sustainability of these shoes. However, I am not intending to wear them outside. In any case, the soles do feel too thin to be subjected to a British high street. I really wanted the green ones but the price difference between the green and the purple ones I eventually purchased was far too ridiculous. The design has already been commented on unsolicited, but positively by a house guest.
I am usually a UK size 7, a recent pair of sandals purchased the day before are a UK size 7.5, and if wearing Doc Martins, my usual work attire I go for a UK size 8. It is really silly that manufacturers cannot get together and create the uniform sizes we all expect. Any way, I don't wear slippers, so these will do just nicely.

Lightweight and neutral colours. Just right for wearing about in the summer. Haven't used these shoes yet as I'm just breaking in last years white ones. They do tend to vary slightly in size, but as I have very high arches it does tend to make getting shoes difficult. I always get the Rocket dog flip flops as they have thicker soles than most and are so comfortable. I've one of all the basic colours and throw into the washing machine when required.

They look okay, felt comfortable when trying on but not actually worn them yet, so will update regarding comfort when I do.

One thing that is a bit annoying (well, for me anyway) is that the shoes don't really match, so the stripes are from a different part of the material. I mean they were cheap enough to buy but pattern matched they are not! I had to check they were the same colouring to start with. It's just disappointing.

Really love these - the colour is great. I’m a size 5.5 and a size 6 was much too big, the size 5 was perfect.
Only down side and reason for 4 stars not 5 is the letters on the sole are very hard and when you walk on concrete/pavement you can very clearly feel the D and the O pressing into the ball of your foot. For this reason, I wouldn’t want to walk or stand in these all day.

That little bit different

Never had trainers before (think many look ‘ugly’) but need flat, comfortable shoes. These are brightly patterned and that bit different to standard type trainers.
I bought a size larger than my usual size and they seem comfy, especially if one needs to wear socks. I have only tried them on, not actually walked any distance in them yet.
Reason for giving 4 stars, not 5, is because of the amount of ‘free advertising’ for the manufacture - name emblazoned all over, especially that around the heel of each shoe. This is not really necessary in my opinion.

Second pair purchased in last few weeks. Loved first pair but slightly too big. Can still wear them comfortably though.
I’m a 7 & that’s the size I ordered.

This time around I thought go for a size 6 but they are slightly too small however I’m still able to wear just not as roomy as the 7.
I guess I need a 6 & half so my only complaint is they don’t do half sizes.

Other than that quality style value for money & colour all perfect!

Very happy with Rocket Dog trainers

Returned these trainers (colour: White, White Jao) as the appearance was not entirely what I expected colour-wise. The white textile had a slightly different colour (yellowy tint to it) than the white rubber surrounding the shoe and covering the tips of the toes. I also thought that the embroidery seemed like it might get snagged easily - and personally, when I get shoes; I get them for the long run.

These trainers are otherwise good and I can confirm that they have a wide fit overall. I returned the white ones in order to get a pair in another colour without the embroidery, and have been very happy with their fit and comfort (I require a wide toe-box, and these trainers fit the bill perfectly).

I would highly recommend these Rocket Dog trainers to anyone who loves Converse, but cannot wear them comfortably. The Jazzin low-top trainers go well with casual clothes; both trousers and skirts/shorts, and I look forward to ordering more pairs in fun colours.

Good but sizing varies slightly

I have 3 pairs of these. Nice slightly wider fit on the toe box, varies slightly between pairs but have always been enough for my wider feet. Unfortunately this specific pair is very wide on the heel which makes it slip off. Once the sole has softened it won't be as much a problem but after a day of ware I had blisters on my heel.

Weirdly sized, I highly recommend actually measuring your foot and checking rocket dog's size guide. I've gone down a size from normal and there's still a bit of room.

Much better quality and support than off-brand all-black trainers in this style which was what I wanted.

Will amend this review if they fall apart in a week.

I like these they are lightweight and a good fit. The ‘but’ is that the back heel is on the big side…and I have quite big ankles…so there is a tendency to slip a bit when walking. I will need to put in a heel grip to use them.
