Updated Oct 2019 - This is the second thermal set I have chosen from Lapasa and both have been excellent. Was pleasantly surprised when I opened this Slim Fit Thermal Set. Chosen primarily for the cold winter for my husband to wear underneath his work clothing, however was pleased to find out these are very versatile in design and could easily be used as winter sports/gym wear. My husband is approx 5’8/5’9 with slim to medium build, and muscular upper body and medium fit just perfectly. Both top and bottoms are super stretchy and nicely snug to skin for warmth. The piping design and elastic waist band adds to the sports feel and the leg length is long reaching the ankles fully, with plenty of stretch for a longer leg. Due to the elastic fit of both top and bottoms they sit well hidden under clothes and am told they feel like a second skin rather that you don’t notice rather than the annoying feels of being over clothed that can come from wearing extra layers sometimes.

Looks the part and fits comfortably. Only issue for me is that it is a bit flimsy and at times times does not provide sufficient protection against the cold at low degrees. Other than that, no problem. Would recommend but it may not suffice at low temperatures.

I am used to quality base layer clothing as I do a bit of trekking and work on construction sites. I was gifted these for Christmas and prefer wearing these to what I'm used to. I therefore purchased another set (in a different colour) and have disposed of my older thermal underwear :) Very happy with these and appreciate the trousers have a hole for when us men need to visit the bathroom.

These garments are usually itchy or too short to wear for 6ft Husband. However he has commented that this is so comfy and warm, with the right length (longer rather than too short).
The colour too is nice and bright white. You can tell its nice and new. Will most likely purchase again in the future.
