I broused amazon and read many reviews including what people hadn't written as well as what they had.
The case is made of two seperate matterials, a hard plastic body with a more rubberised edge around all four sides which elliminater the chance of cracking if dropped or installed with too much pressure.
The installation is a tiny bt harder as you have to gently manipulte the rubber on th final crner as the rubber stretches by a fraction so as to remain snug. This however is a good thing as it makes a much more secure fit as well as more of an impact resistance.
Some may find the main plastic body a little rough to the touch, almost a mottled or rough matt finish, but this means no fingerprints and if it is an issue to you it can always be wrapped with some vinyl wrap, which not only enhances the feel, but may be from my perspective more pleasing to the eye, personal choice.

In short, easy enough to install, good protection from miner dings and scratches, doesn't impede the opening angles as other makes do, won't crack or fracture when being applied.

The only thing that to other may offer more is a leather or rubberised type fininsh, but again personal preference.

As for the price......why would anyone even consider spending approximately 1% (approx) to protect ther £1000 laptop....

so A+ 100% recomended....(plus its Amazon.....so quality and money back if not satisfied)

I used to go through the classic hard cover cases in every couple of months—they get cracks in the corners even if you don't drop or hit or laptop! This one has soft silicone corners so it will definitely last longer than the others, so far so good. I'm happy with my purchase.

This case has a nice sleek look and does the job at protecting my MacBook Air from scratches or other damage.

The case is only compatible with MacBook Air 13 inch. It's easy to put on and take off thanks to the soft TPU edge. The PC plastic cover completely encases the MacBook, providing all-around protection against daily wear and tear. Also, to thoroughly ventilate the bottom, the bottom grille is hollowed out to match the chassis heat dissipation holes. Furthermore, the case's frosted surface repels fingerprint marks and is simple to clean.

It is simple to put together. When it's time to clean it, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. In a heated climate, do not use continuously and to keep it safe, avoid overexposure to the sun.

I got this for my MacBook and got to say I’m super impressed with it. The case has a simple frosted texture and fully wraps my whole MacBook providing excellent protection when I am travelling to different meetings.

Overall, for the price of £19.98 I think it's a pretty solid case, that does the job well. Happy to recommend it.

So happy with this cover. My old cover cracked and was looking for a new one, and I wanted something that would compliment the flawless design of my Mac but I couldn't find one. When I saw this one, I immediately placed an order. It's not opaque like others, but is a "frosted glass" effect and it's actually see-through, so I can see my Mac through it. With the black edges it looks super nice!

The cover itself comes packaged in a cardboard box and wrapped securely in plastic film. In order to keep the cover in shape, you will also find a piece of plastic sandwiched inbetween the back and top cover. Very nice - I like the fact that the manufacturer wants to ensure their product reaches you in immaculate condition.

It was easy to put on and it's a PERFECT FIT. Absolutely no gaps whatsoever. The material is nice to touch and is of high quality - I've used this cover DAILY for over a month now and it still looks brand new.

Overall a great product. GO GET IT!

This is currently fitted on my MacBook Pro and the clamshell design is as good as if it was made by apple themselves! The clever pints where the case grips compliment each other ensuring the MacBook closes perfectly and without any stress or damage to the hinge operation. Its really rather a robust, but discrete case and to be honest, In like the frosted finish.

Its easy to remove if you don't want it all the time, but for me its a great way to protect my investment. Great value, perfect function.

I wanted to make sure that my new Macbook Prowas protected he frosted black case is the perfect color to match with my laptop, plus it has its own stand that attaches comfortably to the back

I am very satisfied with this case. It's a great purchase for the price, My Macbook Pro is protected and it's still lightweight. I also enjoy that it has a nice matte finish that isn't too shiny or slippery.
It added a different color and air to my laptop.

After doing a lot of reading of covers. I was hesitant. Most describe issues with getting alinement right and fitting these. they sound fiddle and also appear to be a pain to remove ( if need be). This simply clips into place and works. Very easy. The Mac Book works as normal. it can be equally clipped off if needed It doesn't put the screen under any pressure ( something I was worried about). Easy peasy. Recommended.

Got this for my daughter's MacBook and it fits perfect. Both top and base case are well made and fits really well. To some people it might doesn't look good on their MacBook but it can save the device from getting dirty and scratched. Overall a well made cover and reasonably priced. At the time of review this device was available for £14.43 plus 8% off voucher.

This case was so easy to install and instantly provided protection against scuffs or scratches on the aluminium casing of my MacBook Air 13” 2020 model.
As can be seen in the photos you can still easily get to all of the USB ports and it’s well vented underneath the base to prevent overheating the MacBook.
Highly recommend.
