Quality merchandise quality service

I tend to avoid buying items like shoes online - you are at the mercy of the vagaries of sizing - but with my previous work boots falling apart, and having visited every nearby military surplus outlet (my usual avenue for purchasing boots) without success, I decided to take a punt. The pictures looked right, the price was reasonable. And, despite ordering them just as warnings of delays on deliveries due to COVID-19 became common, they were delivered extremely promptly - arriving earlier than the expected delivery date. Admittedly at that point I was also furloughed by the job I needed them for, but still. The fit was good, the boots were comfortable and robust. I won't hesitate to use the same company when the time comes I need to replace them in turn.

Cheap, low quality and it shows

Poorly made with rough materials for padding. These will be ok I suspect for my son who will only wear them occasionally for cadets. If you're after a boot for comfort and strength, look elsewhere. The soles are super thin and although they're described as leather! I suspect more like pleather! Nothing to say genuine leather and no nice leather smell. They look ok and are very light, but that's probably due to the exceptionally thin sole! The inside of the boot is rough to the touch and jagged for want of a better word. Fit apparently isn't too bad although I need the next size up so will need to return these. Hard for me to say for sure as I'm going on my sons word. Design is as shows in the description and it's pretty good. I can't believe they'll stand up to much. The next size needed, I will pay the higher price for a decent pair. Price is low so didn't expect too much, but as I say, leather? I'm not sure!

My daughter wears it at the army cadets. I bought the right size and it fits perfectly. She is happy. She feels comfortable. Not big or small. Just right. I hope it will last some time. But it looks strong and reliable for bad weather conditions. Time will tell but happy for now. I can recommend it for anyone.

Comfortable Split Boots

Boots are comfortable and so far has kept my toes safe with the steel toe at work, although on the first day of opening the the parcel and trying on the boots. The right boot just below the cuff split. It did split all the way through to the inside of the boot as you can see in the pictures that I provided, was a shame as they are comfortable. Maybe for future manufacture of these boots I would recommend a more durable material at that part of the boot or a more durable material used to stitch the materials together.

Purchased these for my son who is an Air Cadet. Bought a size bigger for him to grow into so it doesn't matter if they are slightly too big as the laces do up so tightly that it keeps the foot in place. Good quality, shine up well and they don't rub. Really good value for money.

The boots are.... Squeeky. They're comfortable, seem durable enough, but they squeek with every step. Not sure if it's a common problem, but it started a few days after wearing them. At first I thought it was the new rubber soles, but even on carpet the squeek. Good job I'm not using them in combat, or the enemy would hear me a mile off...

I bought these shoes for my 14 years old son, for his activities with the Cadets. Hence just a limited sporadic use, not a daily use. He is satisfied of their look but comments that they are a bit too wide (size 8). However we read that they fit large so he is using them with heavy socks. Quite convenient compared with more expensive options.

Great boots don't get me wrong but why don't you supply a pair of insoles in the boots as the ones inside are very thin I've ended up with 2massive painful blisters on my heels it's hard to walk around doing a nightshift.
