I tried a few other teddy bear jackets and this is by far my favorite. I love the dusty rose color! The material is nice and very soft,but not quite cuddly teddy bear soft. Some of the other jackets I tried were more teddy bear soft, but this material seems like it's better quality and more durable. This is like fancy teddy bears. I love it!

I am a Medium. I am heavy on top with a girly waist. (Traditional hourglass)
The cut of this jacket did not leave my girls any room. It was very tight in the chest with a lot of room in the middle. (on me - we're all built differently)

I had my girlfriend with a straighter build try it on and it looked way cuter on her.

Fleece is something I want to put on when it's chilly. I want to feel warm and cuddly. The lining on this takes that experience away for me. It is like a satin lining that feels cool when putting it on.

For me this is going to be very limited wear. With little give in the bust, I will have to wear it only partially zipped. It is cute like that, but not as warm.

I like it, but not as much as I would if I were able to wear it properly.

This jacket has become my daughter's winter jacket, and we love it! It fits her just right in her usual size, and it looks so nice on. She has a fairly full figure, and it works for that. The length is just right. The jacket is warm enough for all but the very coldest days, I'd say. She's worn it in 20 degree weather and it was fine. The material feels good to touch and seems to stand up to use well. And our big problem with so many jackets---the zipper---is great here. My daughter is severely autistic and when she zips her own zipper, if it isn't a very well made zipper, it gets stuck or broken pretty much instantly. This one has been zipped and unzipped over and over and is fine, which is a huge plus for us! The jacket looks fashionable without being trendy, and is a very nice red color. We really love it!

Not the best for wearing around the house

While this jacket is soft and fits okay, I’m a little disappointed. The inside has a satiny lining rather than the same soft faux teddy material that the outside is. I was hoping more for a jacket to wear around the house, and this feels more like a *jacket* jacket I’d wear outside. With the satin lining, the jacket feels cold when you first put it on until your body heat warms the lining. Unlined jackets don’t usually feel that way, so you immediately feel warmer. The lining doesn’t give this a warm and snuggly feel, which is what you expect based on looks alone.

Aside from that, this is a cute jacket. Fit runs about a half size small, so order up if you plan to wear over bulky clothing like sweaters or are overly endowed in the chest area. Why don’t coat/jacket/outerwear companies give those of us with ample bosoms a little more breathing room in this area when designing coats and jackets instead of making them straight up and down where the only a column with arms would find the fit perfect? Seriously, folks. How do you not notice with almost eight billion people and all of us are shaped differently? Anyhoo….The faux teddy bear material reminds me of a sherpa blanket that’s been laundered a few times and the fluffy material is now matted down into soft little bumps. This jacket is enough to keep someone warm in cooler spring or fall weather, but not enough durning the winter. Wind isn’t blocked at all by this jacket, and if it’s raining or snowing the fur will absorb the moisture and leave you feeling damp and cold. If you have pets, be warned that this type of material is an absolute hair magnet. Lint of any kind is attracted as well. Laundering on cool should help prevent any shrinkage or possible melting of the polyester material. (Also keep this away from any kind of space heater, radiator, wood burning stove, etc., that gives off high heat as the fabric can melt and cause severe burns. Even if not wearing, don’t drape it on, over, or near a source of high heat like these. It’s not something we usually think about, but it does happen.)
