Lovely chunky knit cardigan

This cardigan is a must have if you like warm oversized chunky knits. I am a uk size 14 and ordered the 18-20 which was just the right amount of ‘oversize’ for me and the sleeves were long enough, usually I find them short

Not worth the money !

After one wash (gently wool cycle) the one pocket came off .. obviously the stitching was not finished off properly. Not brilliant quality for the price.

Love it! Wanted a cosy quick-grab knit cardigan and found this one. I like that it is knit and oversized like what I call a grandma sweater. It’s lightweight enough to have on hand but warm enough to keep you from some cold conditions such as windy days. It's so versatile and perfect for autumn/winter. It keeps me warm, it looks good and it's so comfy. Full marks from me. There are two side pockets which I really like.
I am full size 10, occasionally 12 and ordered the Small (8-10), 5'7 and it fits perfectly. I recommend sizing up if you want a slouchier fit. . It's relaxed without looking baggy.

The material is typical acrylic, but it doesn't feel scratchy. I used to have a relatively expensive sweater a lot like this, and this has a comparable feel. This looks like it will snag easily, so take care. Maybe use a lingerie bag when you wash, if you want to play it safe.
Price-wise I think It is a little bit pricey.

This cardigan is worn by my mum and she helped with this review. This cardigan is in an open work mesh style format. The style is such that it can look equally well worn casually with jeans and a t-shirt or more formally with a dress if you are going out to a restaurant for example.

The cardigan has been well stitched and is not too over-sized in that if you are size 12 or 14 it does not look like you are wearing something which is way too big. It is very cosy to pull on when the evening is chilly. My mum liked the fact that there are no buttons as this would take away from the curved hemline. The pockets are an added bonus to this cardigan. My mum likes it and wears it a lot.

I've been offered size 6-8 black cardigan and I hesitated should I take it or not because no one from my family is that slim apart from my niece so I took it. In fact size 6-8 looks more likely like size 10UK so that's even better as my daughter can wear it comfortably.
I like the rounded hem on this cardigan and side pockets. Cuffs and all the edges on hem and up around the neck are ribbed. Fabric is stretchy, very comfortable and cosy. Its maybe not that warm but surely good enough for outdoor use. If you look at my last images you can see the knit style, showing that knit is not very tight, wind/air can go through it.
Fabric is very soft (100% acrylic) with waffle chunky pattern on. Cardigan can be washed at 30⁰C in washing machine.
Cardigan is lovely and daughter is happy with it.
