lightweight and warm!!!

I work in the building trade as a carpenter and in the winter the temperature takes a huge dip which means you have to dress a lot warmer.

I picked these thermal shirts because they are not thick like other thermal layers I have had before which is important when you are moving around in them all day long. The grey colour that I picked matches my work shirt but there are 2 other colours to choose from, black and white.

They arrived in individual boxes that were of good quality and as I always find, good quality packaging means good quality items inside. The shirts were folded very neatly and held in place with a piece of card and 2 plastic clips. This shows pride in the companies product.

Im 6ft 3inch in height and 16.5 stone so I went for XL in size and they fit great. The material feels soft and very comfortable on my skin. The great thermal value of them means that I can wear lighter clothing over them and still stay really warm.

I also sweat a lot when working but the material seems to draw the moisture away so that I stay dryer which means warmer to.

They wash really well to and don’t seem to mishape even after multiple washes. I think I will get many wears and many washes out of these amazing thermal bottoms.

Im so happy with these and will be recommending them to my workmates.

product discribed as fleece lined, this is not, this is an sport undershirt & not a thermal shirt as such, sorry to seller but wasnt worth the hastle of returning, not even sure if it was there fault in description? yes its comfortable, fitting as expected but cold unless your doing sports, i dont normally write reviews but thought it was important that other to relate the true nature of this item to other potential buyers.

Very good thermal vests

You expect a thermal vest to do three things:

1. To keep you warm
2. To draw out any moisture from sweating, keeping you warm and dry.
3. To keep its shape after washing.

This ticks all the boxes for me. Now the days are getting colder, I keep the daytime central heating down low by dressing appropriately, thermal vest beneath a shirt and if it is really cold outside, a jumper on top.

I waited a few days before writing this review so that I could try it out on a couple of walks. The moisture does wick through the thermal vest, keeping the vest dry. If you really do want to eliminate any sweating then your shirt and jacket should also be capable of drawing sweat. My vest is dry but gets damp under a jacket, when I have been out walking. That's not a failing of the vest it's a failing of the jacket.

It says on the label to cold wash and dry carefully. My wife gave both vests a hand wash and they came out just as they did when she started. I'm happy with that.

These vests are at the top side of what I would be happy to pay. There are vests on Amazon at half the price. However, the cheaper ones may not have the same insulation and wicking features. I got two vests and these will do me until the spring. If they will still keep their shape after washing, that would be a good value purchase for me and hopefully mean they can be worn next winter.

I've never bought thermal underwear before so I have nothing to compare it with and was not quite sure what to expect. I have to say that I am impressed. These long sleeved tee-shirts are really good. They do actually keep you warm. The material is soft and comfortable and quite figure hugging. They are a good length and allow plenty to tuck into the jeans, I just have to turn the sleeves up slightly as I have a shorter arm length(and long pockets according to the Mrs.) Liked them so much that I ordered more.

Originally I purchased a Lapasa Men's Thermal Underwear set that exceeded my expectations for material quality and the amazing blouse (top) did not smell of sweating after long-term wear in rather intense physical work.
As a result of the previous acquisition, I decided to purchase the Lapasa Men's 2 Pack Thermal Tops set which disagreed me for the following reasons:
The material is very thin and after a half-day wearing it already smells of sweat despite of the mentions on the product as if it were preventing the smell of sweat.
I regret the fact that I can not find to buy only the top of the set bought initially and obviously of the same quality ....

I got the black two pack of medium weight fleece tops. I already have a heavyweight one which is amazing in winter. The medium weight ones are just perfect. The quality of the material is good and the tops are well made. They're soft and cosy inside and look good on the outside and are a lovely warm layer. The fit is perfect and I like that the material has a good amount of stretch as it gives the freedom of movement for outdoor activities! Love them!

At last!! Snug but not squeezed!!

After extensive field trials..... :-) ..... I finally have found a thermal top that reaches the end of my arms, is long enough to tuck into trousers, fits snuggly without any restriction and doesn’t feel like I’m being compressed by some way too small price of super elastic! I do all lot of fishing in all weather and these tops are ideal. The top is also super soft and smooth inside and always feels warm when I pull it on. The sleeves can ride up a little - depending on what I wear over the top - so I’ll probably add a thumb loop. I’ve now bought two sets and I am a warm and happy bunny!!

In all the key areas this base layer ticks the boxes. It fits close to the skin, is warm and (for me, most importantly) is long enough to tuck in properly and stay tucked in! If I was going to level any criticism it would be that the neckline is cut a tad too deep and telling front from back can be tricky once the label has been removed. However, that is being ultra picky. I would not hesitate in buying this again and recommending it onwards!

I purchased two of these tops to wear under scrubs at work. I am a 42” chest and I opted for medium and they fit perfectly. The colour is accurate to the depiction on the Amazon website; the material is soft, comfortable and washes well. I occasionally slide the sleeves up at work and the elastic recoil of the material is great - no floppy sleeves reminiscent of Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean as has occurred in the past with similar garments. In summary; excellent value for money, top quality and a great fit. I would highly recommend.
