These jeans were clearly used. They came with absolutely no tags, have a smell, and have a stain. I checked the description and it does not state anywhere what these are not new. I definitely would not pay $35 for an old pair of jeans when I could get a the good will for half the price. Very disappointed as this was going to be a Christmas gift. Talked to Amazon as I cannot talk to the manufacturer directly, they didn't seem to care nor think it was a big deal. Was told to just send back. I would definitely think twice before purchasing gifts that need to be given within a short time period again. Very disappointed with the product and all around customer service from Amazon.

I wish I bought them with a smaller waistline or gone with the regular instead of flex. Even after many washings in hot water, they remain too loose and belt tightening doesn’t seem to help much. Perhaps suspenders will work, but I have the same aversion to them as I do to bow and string ties.

I couldn't believe how poorly both pair of jeans were manufactured when I received them. Stitching was already coming loose and not closed at the ends, the fabric along the zipper was completely frayed, appeared to be over pressed along the pockets and not pressed along the waist. I would never buy from this vendor ever again!
