Top critical review
Not the advertised product.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 October 2020
Beware, these are not the trousers advertised. Rather than being a fleece or flannel material, they are a rather coarse, lightweight, cotton like material (see attached picture).
I appreciate it’s a little odd to complain about something being 65% cotton when it was advertised as 100% polyester, but the fact is these are sold as “super soft” and “fleece” trousers (ie winter jammies). They could not be further from that. They are not-at-all-soft, thin and lightweight summer jammies.
Also, the fit is too tight. I am a 30-32” waist with slim legs, and these are so tight around the thighs and crotch area that they are definitely going to split within a matter of hours.
I would say that for £9.95 you get what you pay for, but actually that’s not quite true. You should get what is advertised. And these are not it. Avoid.
**Update 07/11/2020: Ordinarily I would have returned these immediately as they are not the advertised product. However, as we are in the middle of a pandemic and nationwide lockdown, and as I am high risk, I decided to keep them. As predicted on the second evening of wearing them a hole appeared in the bum seam (grow up), which then proceeded to split all the way down the leg (see the second and third photos). It’s worth noting that this split began in the stitching but proceeded down the fabric itself. To reiterate, AVOID.
