Great fit, good quality cycling socks

Great product - exactly as described. Have seen some complaints here around the colour, however I ordered the yellow and can confirm they were the sort of bright fluorescent/hi-vis finish I had been expecting (and wanted). Perfect for increasing visibility on roads, and look good too (summer or winter). Comfortable with a nice, quality feel - nice touch also with the reflective strips to the rear of the ankle. As to whether the elastic will last, I'm not sure - however will update the review should any issues occur.

I am a size 9 and the 7-11 fit perfectly, although there doesn't seem to be too much more room for larger feet.

Good Cycle socks but one pair was flawed ad started to fail when first worn

I bought two pairs of these socks one pair green and this pair in yellow. Having used the green pair on only two occasions they have performed well and are comfortable and warm. Today having had the yellow pair for a while since being delivered, I took them out of their packaging and have worn them once today. I have noted that the stitching where the toe section is attached has already started to fail. This appears to be a manufacturing fault so may not reflect the overall quality of these socks but be aware and check them on receipt if you decide order them. I've had a 50% success rate so would not put you off from ordering these socks.

Picture says it all really. Optimum on the left, PONGO London on the right. The latter actually worked out 50 pence cheaper by picking up a couple of pairs in their sale having received these horrible things. Granted, the Optimum are advertised as winter weight, but the fit is absolutely awful. I'm a UK 8.5 so purchased according to the size guide. Lesson learned.

Very good socks. Medium warmth - I wear them in winter in the UK and they're fine. Can still wear in summer but i switch to thinner ones. They're very comfortable and have a nice quality feel. They stretch back into size after washing/drying. They're my favourite cycling socks.

So let's get down to the technical bit.....it's a pair of socks! However they are very comfy, sizing was accurate (although only came up to just above my ankle though) dont make your feet hot and sweaty unlike some other socks I've worn and you'll certainly be seen with the colour!!! Deducted one star cause I don't know how long they'll last yet but time will tell.

Very disappointed. These socks are supposed to fit 7-11 sized feet but I (size 8.5) find them too tight.

Also, I seem to have been sent two left socks.

Not good if you are looking for a winter sock. Not sure why they are advertised as such they are ultra thin and breathable, and for some reason an oddly short height I’ve never seen before in a sock. Will make a good summer sock instead.
