Great Coat for teenager

Hi all, My son has been wanting a coat like this for the past year but as he keeps growing I held off. It's a great fit - he is 6' 3" and slim build 38" Chest and 32" Waist with long arms and legs. The Medium size fits perfectly and there is room to wear a jumper and shirt/t-shirt underneath. I'd previously bought a size Small in a Funnel Jacket from M&S and it was far too small especially in the arms. It's a good quality for the price as well, as we have looked at high street brands costing more money and almost the same quality! For the price I won't mind buying another next year since my son is STILL growing! He loves the removable hood - great idea!

Nice coat, but a few issues

Updating my previous review now I've had it for just under two months.
While it's still a very nice coat, the lining on the inside is now coming away and the padding is coming through.
Chunks of white padding sticking out of small gaps in the lining in dozens of places which makes me think it's not been well made or checked correctly.
None of this was evident when first purchased and it's not normal wear and tear after barely 7 weeks.
I've had to get it re-lined so I'm not particularly happy.

This coat arrived vacuum packed. Because of the material this meant that it was permanently creased in the wrong way. I looked like I'd been sleeping in it under a hedge for a month. Probably best avoided if you want to look smart or even half way respectable.

Arrived very quickly. Nice long coat, goes down to knees, I’m 5ft 9 and around 19 stone. Little on the tight side considering I bought 2XL. Zipper is shorter than it looks in the photos also, if you zip it up, it’s leave your t shirt or whatever your wearing underneath hanging and on show at the bottom of it. Zipper should really cover that and go down to waste in my opinion. Hood is a pain to attach. Small buttons with small loops to fit around to attach hood, so patience needed haha. All in all it’s a good smart coat and looks great if left open without zipping it up, without the hood, it’s also smart looking and is spot on for smart appearance

Very poor quality. Ive seen better on wish at a quater of the price. It looks nothing like the advertising and appears to be low quality materials. Dont buy this. I have just received it and am immediately returning it for a refund. Dont trust the description unless you want to be ripped off.

How can a coat this cheap look and feel so great?! Has the same feel as my old wool/cashmere overcoat that cost 10x the price! Lots of compliments today, so very happy! My only grumble, and it is a minor one, is the buttons are a little wonky and will need taking off and re-positioning slightly... Otherwise, super happy with it, and very warm outside in the ghastly weather!

UPDATE 15.10.20: Coat still looks great, and still plenty of compliments, however, the lining inside is terrible! Splitting inside at the shoulders, pockets gone etc. Not sure how much it would cost to get it re-lined in a sturdier material, might be worth it if not too expensive as the coat itself is quite nice.
