Great dry boot.

ex paratrooper: I am about to buy these again, current boots over 2 years of near daily use, It took about 6 months to wear them in properly, these are out side based and used daily .As other reviews they’ll not keep your feet dry in water or long wet grass for extended periods, running through ankle deep is ok. As a dry weather boot they are like slippers and handle all situations with ease. once worn in very reliable and great protection for the ankles up and down most terrain. I will be using as a dry boot.

Good, for a while!

Initially these boots blew my mind! They were so comfy and waterproof and seemed better than the premium brands... But literally SIX months of casual use later and it's time for the bin. The treads have worn completely out and the whole sole has split open on both boots. Therefore anytime you encounter a puddle, you're getting wet socks. As in, instant wet socks. The soles are wafer thin. For a pair of combat boots to last 6 months before being completely ruined is frankly pathetic. Pay and extra £20 and get a pair of Magnums instead, I've had many pairs of those, they LAST.

Initially gave these 5 stars because after breaking them in for a while they were really comfy, but after 6 months of daily work in the butchershop they already show signs of serious wear... someone else wrote they get wet feet everytime it rains and thats true! No waterproofing at all. Or its all gone now. Seems like a quick decline for £60 spent. Im getting a proper set of boots next, Magnum Vipers or something better.. never boots made in China again

Update: wore these over the Christmad madness at work and the moisture inside the boot was so bad I got trench foot and now have to let my feet recover. They also smell like a dead animal now. 1 star

There is a little bulge inside one of boots which can be annoying sometimes. Update really disappointed, only had them 5 weeks and only wear them for a hour a time 3 times a week. The problem is the rubber sole has started coming away from the upper part and of course that is the main water proof part. This shouldn't happen for a pair of boots at that price that quickly, I only walk the dog over a field not going on maneuvers with them. Hopefully will get a refund, just looked and it says missed date to send back by 10 days but Amazon are normally good with this sort of thing. PS couldn't hold camera and boot very well to take picture to show the problem.

Great pair of boots bought .5 bigger but still fit perfectly well made warm and amazing chunky sole just what I need for hiking and not to expensive.
Did have problem with delivery but that was down to courier (Hermes) not the seller who was quick off the mark to try and find package which arrived 3 days after saying I recived delivery
Definitely recommend these boots for anyone who likes hiking camping fishing or any kind of activity that involves being on their feet for long periods of time

£60 for a pair of boots is a steep price, for that price i dont think its to much to ask that they are durable, so when i bought these i expected them to last at least the rest of the year (bought in april), sadly i am writing this on the 8th june and they have ripped and fallen apart already, one hours use each day walking a dog on pavements.

i have paid less than half for others that have lasted years. dont waste your money, these are not fit for the price they are asking.

Bought these boots on 5 Sep 20, left boot leaked walking through wet grass on 24 Oct 20, the following day I walked just over 5 miles on wet roads both boots let in water, both feet soaked insoles soaked and ruined, at the price I think they should be expected to last longer than 9 weeks,I contacted the seller who referred me to Amazon, I have tried to return them to Amazon this would appear to be impossible.
I wouldn’t recommend or buy from this seller again.

Cannot beat these for comfort, although worn only a few months before summer as brought in February. Then again on & off this winter, they totally started leaking from the sole. For the price & the fact in dry weather I wear different shoes & in wet I have wellies - these boots did not go the distance .. better made they would be great ..

I ware mine all the time just general use as everyday boots ,on hikes out camping if you want to make them even better go b&m get the £2.99 gel inners that got the sticky bottom stick them in and boom 20k hikes dont leave your feet feeling ruined

Not at all pleased with this product, I've worn them twice, whilst doing my security job on the beach, on the second day of wearing them., the left hand boot within the toe area has filled up with sand between the inner and outer lining, I took the boot off halfway through the shift to try and empty the sand from the boot as it was very uncomfortable. To find that the sand was trapped and unable to be released, making the boots unwearable. I am very unhappy and want a refunded. For the price, these are a complete waste of money. I've tried to fing free soldier UK website to complain, but no luck. Please contact me, amazon
