This after sun lotion comes in a handy pump type bottle and you get 4 bottles in a box - great for being able to gave some at home and spare bottles to take with you when on holiday or out and about.

The lotion itself is a nice texture - it's not too runny but at the same time isn't so thick that it's an effort to rub in. Although the lotion is white, when you start to rub it in it goes transparent and us absorbed quickly leaving skin feeling soft and soothed. My skin is quite sensitive and I get a heat rash on my elbows but I didn't get any irritation with this.

I really love the fragrance of this - it's a clean fresh smell that I think smells like baby powder.

I haven't had sun burned skin while waiting to review this but I would say I'd expect good results- it is cooling and soothing on the skin and very easy to apply. Skin feels very nice after application - so much so, you could use this as a normal moisturiser. I'll update when I get chance to test further!

Effective but not the nicest smelling

You get four of these pump-action bottles in a pack and each bottle contains 200ml of after sun lotion.

The lotion itself has a very light blue tint to it and is neither overly thick or thin, making it easy to apply. It rubs in clear. The fragrance is a little off-putting but overtime the smell dissipates. So, it is almost fragrance free.

I do not have particularly sensitive skin and neither does my oldest daughter and have has no issues using it. Despite using Factor 30 sun tan lotion, I managed to get burnt yesterday and applied this when I went to bed. I found it to be quite soothing on the burnt areas and will continue to use it. Normally, I usually use an after sun gel from a well-known brand and found this one from Amazon to be almost as good. It is certainly less expensive but not a nicely fragranced.

At £9.99 for 4 X 200ml pump-action bottles, I think this is pretty good value for the money.

This has been a god send in the past few weeks of lockdown!, what with the combination of constantly washing hands which has dried my skin terribly , along with the sun coming out and everything getting warmer, lots of working in the garden.. (i had been using a hemp gel which is amazing for my raw painful skin but is quite heavy going just to moisturise) so i needed something a bit more lightweight and designed for more daily use and this stuff is perfect. I have been using this cream as a moisturiser and can say it is lovely!, the scent is wonderful, reminds me of a certain baby powder product but with a hint of a more adult kinda perfume. its absolutely lovely and has been doing my hands and skin the world of good. Very good product at a very good price. It also sinks into the skin quickly and doesn't leave any greasy or sticky feeling so i can highly recommend.
Arrived quickly and well packaged.

This is a good after sun lotion, it’s cooling, moisturising and easy to apply. In the simple cardboard box are four round no-nonsense type bottles of lotion. The efficient pump dispenser is easy to operate and the lotion has a pleasant smell, reminiscent of baby powder; it applies easily and absorbs quickly leaving skin soft and moisturised. With some recent sunny weather and working in the garden this kept my skin soft after the drying effect of the sun; recommended.

So far this has been an extraordinary April with sunshine and several hot days. I haven't yet broken out the sun cream, but have used this simply as a moisturiser after a few days gardening in this glorious weather.

It comes in a no-frills, pump action bottle which dispenses easily. The lotion is easily absorbed leaving no sticky residue, and has a light, pleasant fragrance which felt cool and smooth on application.

I'm lucky in that I rarely suffer from sunburn even in the hottest weather, but I do like to use a high SPF cream in such circumstances, the follow up with a moisturiser. This one has worked satisfactorily in the recent hot weather, so hopefully will be as effective on hotter days. Hopefully we'll have some of those this year.

I've rated this at four stars because I think it's just a little overpriced.
