Color not as show

This shirt fit as expected but I was super bummed about the color. It appears as a bright (almost highlighter/neon) yellow and light grey in the images. In actuality, it’s a rich gold yellow and darker grey. Just not what I was expecting

I ordered the largest size. This item feels like tissue paper and even aesthetically looks low quality. Even the best nude bra shows under this paper-thin cloth.

I don't think the picture does this shirt justice in showing how much it's cropped. It looks like it's only maybe an inch above the waist when you look at the model in the picture, but it's much higher than that (and I'm not particularly busty. I can't imagine wearing this if you had a larger chest. The shirt would hardly cover larger chests.)

I like the look of the shirt--the raglan style is cute and the material is soft and comfortable. I guess I was anticipating something that would show a peak of belly button, but it really shows the whole abdomen. It really shows off the abs (which I admit, I don't really have. Lol.) The material is quite thin and see through, as well. If you got it, flaunt it ladies! This shirt will help you do that, but definitely realize that it is quite revealing.

I like this shirt a lot. It is a slimmer fit on me and looks great with anything from jeans to sweats and I have even used it with pj bottoms. It's a medium-thin grade thickness that works pretty much year round, I just wore it to work last weekend. The red is vivid and stands out great against the white. It's one of my favorites and it's comfortable as can be. 4 stars.

Cute but a bit see through

This has the signature 50/50 blend shirt, and its a true crop top. I have pictured that it does literally almost up to the bra line, above the natural waist. I like that this shirt does have a soft, worn in feel. One thing that I dont particularly like about this shirt is that it is very very thin.. Even wearing a seamless bra or a sports bra, it will be see through to the point where you will be able to make out colors. I would recommend wearing a simple black t shirt bra underneath. Other than that the sleeves fit really well to about mid forearm, making it a true 3/4 sleeve. Great little top to pair with a skirt for the fall. I would order this again but maybe in a different color that is not so see through.

Good quality Raglan sleeve shirt but may be too see through for some girls

I ordered this red and white American apparel Raglan shirt for my daughter, and she’s really likes the colors and the design design of the Raglan and she says the shirt fits as expected and very comfortable to wear, smooth and gentle on her skin. I really like the quality of the ultra soft cotton fabric materials, and the lightweight and flowy material which makes is good for most season. Though this material is thin; it seems durable and stretchy. After washing it with cold water washing machine a couple of times, it was still looking good, and retained the quality. I was surprised that the red didn’t fade or stain the white part of Raglan. Overall she highly recommends this shirt but will recommend to wear a light top under it due to the fact that it’s quite see through.

Cute shirt, but the white part is on the sheer side

This is a cute shirt. I love the whole "athletic" baseball vibe of it. It's lightweight and comfortable. I've had no issues washing it and have had no fading of the red into the white. However, if you're going to wear this top, you may want to wear a white or nude bra under it because dark and/or patterned bras can be slightly visible through this shirt. Once I realized my black bra was showing through a bit, I changed into a nude bra and you couldn't see it through the shirt at all. :) It looks cute.

I wanted to Love this American Apparel Cropped Top but there's alot NOT to love.

MEASUREMENTS: M/L
17" Shoulder to Hem

1st. Right out of the bag it looks worn. There's places on the front of the shirt that are pilling.
2nd. It's Super Thin and the white is see thru.
3rd. Sewing is good everywhere But the hem. I don't think it will hold up for long.
Got This For Myself But The M/L Fits My 5'5 96lbs Daughter who wears XXXS/XS.
It's a cute idea but the execution should've been better.
