Luxurious 'slippers' at a bargain price

TOTAL QUALITY! Paid £29 after they magically appeared on sale, just before I was going to pay £70! I had the smooth leather version previously and they lasted 5 years or so. These green suede ones are twice the quality. They are a thick, heavy, very comfortable clog and they look luxurious and modern as opposed to 'old man'. Usually similar brands try to pass of as luxury but these are the real deal. They are so nice actually very careful I don't end up walking out into the yard with them. They are suede too, so I'm being careful about spilling or splashing liquid on them. So far I've accidentally got drops of water on them twice and they didn't stain (as suede tends to even with water) so was relieved and surprised. These will last years! Very pleased.

Buyer beware

I ordered these shoes uk 10. They came in a 45. They were too big. I requested exchange and put the item in the local lock box under the exchange code provided. I changed my mind in favour of a refund, having already put the item in the Amazon locker. That cancelled the exchange and the shoes reverted to delivered. I then arranged refund. The refund generated a different locker number. The clogs were already in the locker. This refund is now in complete suspension. Nothing has happened for knocking on a fortnight. It is not beyond the wit of man to work out what happened, especially as I wrote it on the refund notes. I’ve scoured the Amazon site and can’t find any way to contact the seller. Somewhere there’s a pair of clogs sitting in a lockbox, I’m 65 quid lighter and there’s no way of contacting these people. Caveat emptor.

Have worn them for a few weeks now (size 9 1/2) and not happy that they have relaxed to become loose and a bit sloppy on my feet, esp. the left foot. Also, the raised edge of the heel bed is quite hard and can be uncomfortable. The wide black edging around the outside of the shoe makes them look large and inelegant rather than slim, (a bit like the rubber edge of a bumper car at the fairground); makes my feet look bigger than they are! Using them for the garden now but that's not what I wanted them for. Disappointed.

I think the product is of good quality and well made .The only adverse comment I have is that the sizing is inaccurate .My feet are size 13 and I ordered a 14.5 UK to be on the safe side as I had heard that the sizing of this shoe was erring on the too short .Sadly the 14.5 Uk fit is still too small in that my heels are rubbing uncomfortably on the raised leather band at the back of the shoe making my feet very sore .Theses slippers are sadly bound for the bonfire and I would hope the manufacturer would replace them with a size 15 UK as a goodwill gesture as clearly there are still sizing issues that need to be resolved .One lives in hope !

Nice robust well made mule but it is not uk size 9. It was sold as UK size 9 but is marked as size 43. This I feel is the numb of the problem, it should have been size 44 in continental size. When I received it it did not fit too well but I felt with wear it would yield and fit me. Sadly this has not happened and now I can not replace them as my sale date is well outside the accepted return date. The fact that my foot only just fits in means that my heel is on the end of the mule and this causes my heel to crack. This is the problem buying on line and I feel that it should be replaced as not fit for purpose.

Die Clogs fallen unterschiedlich aus. Während der linke zwar eng in der Breite ist, fällt der rechte durch.
Das Fußbett kippt den Fuß nach innen links und ist entsprechend viel zu eng. Schlechte Qualität - werde nie wieder Schuhe im Netz kaufen. Auch hier habe ich größer gekauft (Größe 47 - ich habe normal 43,5), weil ich mir das schon dachte. Aber wenn 3 Nummern größer nicht passend sind, dann sollte der Hersteller sich mal fragen, ob die Größenangabe und die Ausführung 'normal' stimmen.
