My Mac is the 13 inch, original silver colour. I’ve attached with and without the clear macbook case. Product is defo good for its value! Apple logo can still be seen and it makes the macbook matte.The only issue that I’ve had so far is it smears very easily as shown in the third pic. However, for its price it’s definitely worth it!

Time isn't this product's friend.

When I initially got this, I was over the moon. It fitted like a glove. However, a year or so in, and I find that it is literally crumbling apart. Every time I open my laptop, another piece of plastic drops off. Mostly from the corners, but the cracks are beginning to encroach into the main body. At one point, a piece fell off and landed between the screen bottom and the main body. I didn't realise until I closed the lid, heard a crack, opened it again and there was this piece of plastic and the screen, broken.

I take care of my computer as it cost a lot of money and I need to have it available all of the time as I am a photographer and a music teacher. That means. it is NOT subject to travelling abuse as it is in a bag that is in itself, protective. That means, double protection. So I do not recommend this product as it won't last.

Sadly the case is ok, but it does not fit properly on the Macbook Pro M1 as it covers 1 of the thunderbolt ports which is a problem as there are only 2 on the new macbook

Was looking for a case for my MacBook for ages and came across this one. The bottom of the case does not clip on properly so every time I lift it it falls off. Alright if your using it on a desk, however for student like myself wouldn't recommend as I spent more and bought a more durable one

Quite thin plastic however I think would protect adequately.
Doesn't fit round the screen properly, might be a manufacturing defect or sizing issue...
