Insole and inner lining are if a horrible sweaty plastic - let’s this boot down

These look very good - nice suede upper and attractive design
Nice stitching and detailing with reinforced heel.
The laces seem waxed

These are fairly made - and are attractive in design and very lightweight

The sole unit is of a foam like rubber - with minimum grip - fair on concrete and paving in the dry - and even on dry dirt and sand - but slippery in the wet!
These have a regular width and comfortable to wear - though a bit flat as the insole lacks any form .

The main let down is the inner lining - it’s a horrible Plastic - very sweaty and smelly when hot - and in heat these boots are most likely to be worn - not breathable at all (as leather is) - horrible - The Insole is of this same plastic - and is NOT removable.
and the main reason why these are not recommended.

This pair of boots are supplied in a traditional branded shoebox. They are made in India and have good stitching on the outside but are not the best finished inside the boot. They have suede leather uppers with rubberized soles and are lined with a manmade material in the inside. The laces are round, quite thin and waxed.

This is a review of the brown colour sized 9.5 but they are also available in black and in other sizes. The sizing is as expected but they are quite a narrow fitting. I found them comfortable to wear as long as they are not tied too tight and suspect they will get even more comfortable as they wear in.

The style of the boots is accurately reflected in the listing and they look rather good with a pair of jeans. While they are not cheap they represent good value for money and are ideal for wearing with casual clothes.

These are a suede upper, tan boot (though if you regularly wear boots then the chukka design is very low cut and, to me, feel more shoe-like). There is a man-made lining and the sole is a thick, inflexible rubber sole which is still comfortable but fairly flattened in design rather than distinctly arched. The laces are leather.

I am a size 8.5 but find that sizes vary depending on make and style. These were a 9 which can fit or not depending on the boot. In this case they fit with a good toe room. The width of the shoe is quite narrow.

Aesthetically nice, these seem a good quality casual/social boot.

These shoes might be a better shape in smaller sizes, but the shoes that I received are too narrow a fit. I also don't like the inner plastic lining, which seals moisture in. The thin cord laces are an attempt to make a fashion statement, but I'm not convinced. The soles of shoes are thick and I expect they will be hard wearing. They give plenty grip and there is sufficient flex. There are no faults in the stitching.

I would not recommend these if you are looking for comfortable shoes to be active in. If you want to try them as a fashion item, then I recommend buying a size up.

The find. Wedge Chukka Boots are decent quality. The suede seems decent quality and look nice. They fit the Chukka boot style well. However, the fitting is not as snug as I would like.
I have many shoes and in general the shoe arch should be slightly higher, these are completely flat. This makes the shoe feel odd and not so comfortable in fit.
If you have a flattened longitudinal arch, then this shoe maybe for you. It is not for me. They look nice and therefore three stars.
