Lieferung erfolgte deutlich verspätet in einer folierten Plastiktüte. Der Artikel macht optisch einen guten Eindruck. Farbgebung und Nahtverarbeitung sind in Ordnung. Auch der Druck des Artikel ist regekmäßig und ohne Beanstandung. Der Artikel ist ordnungsgemäß gelabelt und verweist auf das Herkunftsland Vietnam oder Bangladesh. Großer Kritikpunkt ist der Schnitt und die Größe. XL-Large und XXL-Large sind identisch hergestellt und entsprechen der Größe EU L. Von fünf berstellten Hemden hat keines gepasst. Alle Artikel waren wesentlich zu klein.

Das Hemd anprobiert habe ich zuerst gedacht, dass das Hemd für ein S (übliche Größe) ganzsschön eng ausfällt. Dann ist mir aufgefallen, dass es sich um ein M handelt! Also das fällt defenitiv sehr klein aus.
Slim-fit sitzt meiner Erfahrung bei anderen Goodthreads Hemden sehr hübsch aus. Hier aber einfach insgesamt zu klein. Gerade der Spielraum im Schulterbereich. Man kann kaum die arme bewegen.
Die Ärmel sind ein wenig weiter, aber auch hier sollte Mann nicht zu muskulös sein.

Das Hemd ist recht dünn, was gut zu den kurzen Ärmeln und damit zu wärmeren Tagen passt.
Der Stoff ist sehr glatt. Er ist angenehm auf der Haut. Nicht kuschelig, aber irgendwie fein-glatt.

Die Knöpfe sind leichtgängig.
Die Hemdtasche sehr schmal.
Die Verarbeitung ist gut, die Waschmaschine hat es gut überstanden.
Der Kragen wird durch die Knöpfe stabilisiert.

Von der Farbgebung her ist es nicht eintönig, aber trotzdem noch recht neutral.

I bought the Blue Flower dobby shirt and have worn it once every week for the past 4.5 months. The build quality is great. It still looks and feels new, even with the hard water that we have. But I hate it, and this is why.

1. I didn't give much thought to the fine print which says "this weave produces raised threads on the backside of the fabric where the pattern exists". Sounds like it's not a big deal, but it is! What this means is that the flower pattern on the outside looks perfect, while on the inside, there is a big fabric ball behind every single flower pattern. That is many, many fabric balls (maybe 200?) on the inside of your shirt. Cumulatively, they create lots of friction and make the shirt very uncomfortable to wear. I did get used to them a little, but never completely. I hate wearing mine.

2. Sizing sucks if you have even a little bit of a belly. I am 6'0", 155 lbs, obviously pretty slender with a little bit of a belly coming up. Pant size 32". I bought a medium. When I wear this shirt, it wraps tight around my belly and shows every curve from the sides and front. Like I said, I hate wearing this shirt.

There is a Goodthreads alternative to this which has neither of the 2 problems above. The link is here:

I got a few of these shirts. I'm 6'0 and 145Lbs, so slimmer guy.

My first one was a medium and fit just ok. Kept it, still liked it, just rolled the sleeves up for a more-snug fit around my arms. Breezy shirt.

My second one in medium came and looked totally clownishly large. Returned it and decided to try out a small. Small fits PERFECTLY, and my arms look much less shrimpy in it. I'm usually a medium in a t-shirt, but small sometimes. For what it's worth, if you're on the fence, size DOWN. Billowy arms don't make your muscles look particularly large.

They could use polyester stitching to keep it from bunching up so quickly. After half a run in the dryer to get wrinkles out, this new unwashed (light spray bottle) shirt is already starting to look like something from Old Navy.

Color not as vivid as in the pics, viewed on 2 different monitors. I wanted to love this shirt but it's just another cheapie.

Unfortunately, the size is too tight. I ordered an XL thinking that might be the case (I generally wear a size L shirt) but even the XL was smaller than a Western Large. That said, the quality vs. the price is on point. Not glamorous by any stretch of the imagination but it is what it is. An 8 dollar shirt! If you can get the size up that fits you, it's a good buy! For me it wasn't. Also, worthy of mentioning, the color is much dimmer than the one in the photo.

I like this brand. The price is halfway decent. The fit is close to being spot on. The only issue is the length of the shirt. It's still a little too long for the modern untucked look. But, I'm only 5' 10" tall. I assume the fit is designed for someone 6' tall.
