These broke in just under a year. The plastic has broken where the left ear cup attaches to the central band and now it hangs off. So not good quality
Otherwise, I think these are average. Pros are:
They are soft, not heavy and comfortable to wear for a long time and sit securely without wobbling. This is my favourite thing about them
The noise cancelling is pretty effective for the price
The audio sounds good in the mid tones, so good for listening to speech
In general the bluetooth works quite well.
Cons:
The audio jack is on the right (and the power port is on the left) even though laptops, keyboards etc. always have the audio on their left, so the cable has to go across your body if you want to use it with the cable. The audio cable included is extremely short, making this problem worse.
The audio is hit and miss listening to music. It's mostly OK but can get really distorted and buzzy at high and low pitches. I most notice this watching films when there is classical or opera background music and I have to turn the volume way down as it is so buzzy.
It can't cope with my electric piano at all - it can't handle the input of several notes being pressed at once so only plays some of the notes, which sounds crazy.
The included instructions on how to pair with more than one source are completely wrong and the opposite of what you need to do.
Sometimes the bluetooth randomly disconnects. I haven't had this problem with branded headphones/earbuds
The worst thing is, once the power gets low, a painfully loud voice talks over what you are listening to and tells you the power is low over and over again, every 30 seconds or so. So you can't keep listening until the battery dies, you have to switch them off or plug them in immediately, which is really annoying if you're out and about or in the middle of listening to a programme. There is no warning power is getting low before this, so it always catches me out.
They are big. It's hard to tell this from the photos but they are bigger than a lot of similar headphones so if you have a smaller head they look a bit ridiculous.
Occasionally they just stop working and the off button doesn't work, with a red light permanently on. The only way to fix this is to put the audio cable into the audio jack and that resets them. It would be better to have a real off switch, rather than just a multifunction button.
