- Mid Stonewash and Light Stonewash are more or less the exact same.
- If you attempt to challenge this no matter how comprehensive and informative your evidence is you will be spoken to and spoken down to. This is my experience after numerous attempts at remediating this.
- This is misleading advertising plain and simple. Being told that my eyes or the lighting is somehow influencing is absolute rubbish when there is a stark difference in colour in what is being offered for sale, pull the other leg please.
- Mid Stonewash, the one I ordered based on its darker blue picture, as per the advertisement here, was what I ordered, what I got was blatantly lighter, in line with the "Light Stonewash". It is a shame because the picture makes them look good and makes you believe what you are ordering is what you will receive, do not expect the expected, expect the un-expected. Expect a far far lighter tone and from customer services a far more condescending tone when you try to challenge this.
- I will grant them they were responsive but other than that and an unwillingness to actually check the images themselves responsiveness means nothing if it is not backed up by action and therefore this warrants this honest review from my experience.
My recommendation to the seller is for them to ensure pictures accurately depict what a customer will receive, yes there will be a tiny, and I stress tiny, variant in colour based on device viewing and lighting but not a difference where one can compare to a completely different style you are offering and almost see an exact match. Stop thinking within the box or from a script and see outside of it from "your" customers perspective. How you take this constructive criticism is your call but this is being put out there for others so they may have the correct level of expectations, something not offered to I before ordering.
