Small skinny tight matchstick pants

Beware: these pants will stop the blood flow to your legs! What kind of athlete could fit in these? I mean, apart from the fact that they are extremely tight, they're missing a good 4 inches to be able to button the waist without cutting me in half. Will order a couple sizes up.

I recommend that you order multiple pairs and keep the one you want. I ordered a pair of these pants (42x30) in the Zander color and absolutely loved them!! Fantastic across every measure. Then I ordered a second pair. There were different across every dimension but I had already removed all the tags so couldn't send them back. The color is different. The leg openings on the second pair were a full 3/4 inches wider than on the first pair. At the knees the legs were 1/2 inch wider. And the worst part was they were a full 1.5 inches longer than the first pair!!

And it wasn't a mistake and I somehow got sent the wrong pair. The tags match sizes and even the model number codes on the tags are the same. I honestly don't know what is going on here. These pants are completely different. I love the first pair but the second pair do not fit and I do not like them. I'm planning on ordering a couple more pairs just to see if I can get another pair like the first ones. If not I will send them back. If so I will probably keep them.

Inconsistent Durability

I bought 1 pair a few months ago and loved them so much, I went back and bought 2 more in different colors! BUT after a month, the dark pair developed holes in the back. The holes are not in any wear pattern or along seams and do not make sense.

I embroidered a patch on the holes when they first appeared, a sort of scrollwork thing that looked stylish and hid the repair. However, within 2 washes, new holes have developed! The jeans are completely breaking down and are unwearable in public at this time.

I included pics of all 3 pair (the top one was bought up couple months before the bottom 2) so you can see how poorly the pair in question is aging.

It's frustrating because the jeans really are comfortable. Of course the return window is closed. I should have returned them when the first holes appeared. Now I'm stuck with jeans I can't wear...

Just purchased a new car with white leather seats. After a few times if wearing my leather seat had a bluish tint to it. It turned out to be the blue dye from the jeans Luckily the seat cleaned up easily with leather cleaner. The jeans also turned the white drum in my clothes washer blue!! These are the 1st jeans that have ever done this. Other wise the jeans are OK. I Will Not purchase these again.

Tapered leg

I don’t know if all “athletic” fit is also tapered or not.
Getting this package, the tags say “athletic fit, tapered leg”.
I didn’t see anything regarding tapered leg prior to buying
I hate tapered leg jeans
The rest of the fit is great but disappointed in the taper
Will be returning and hopefully finding a better cut

I should have known way early and got a refund but that’s my fault, these are way too short. I feel like cosmo Kramer wearing these pants. Pants say 33/32 but the 32 is actually a 30. So their measuring is way off. If it wasn’t for that, the pants are comfortable. The leg style is definitely borderline a skinny Jean, not quite though.

For want of a button ...

I bought these pants to replace my Lee 505 pants, which I considered excellent. I couldn't believe that when the pants arrived it took my several minutes to unbutton the pants. The button is 3/16" larger in diameter than the button on the 505 pants. However, the slit was the same size as on the 505, which made it slightly smaller than the size of this new button. I ended up using a razor blade to enlarge the slit, so now I can readily button and unbutton the pants. Since some other reviewers gave 5 stars, I have to assume that either Lee recently decided to enlarge the button, or they have a problem with quality control so that not all pants have the proper size slit. If the pants start to unravel in the future due to what I did with the razor blade, then I will downgrade to 1 star.

Still Too Short...

Typically, I wear a 30 x 32 size pants. Some brands, I've noticed, I need a 34 length in. A while back I picked up some Lee Extreme Motion jeans in my typical 30 x 32 size and realized later that they were just too short. Fast forward a year or so later and I'm low in jean selection again. After a lot of looking around online, I decide, "Hey, why don't I get another pair of those Lee jeans and just go up a size, there's a slim chance having a 34(!) length size will still be too short." Well, when I first got them, they seemed shorter than I expected but I thought they might still be acceptable. Now after having them washed I've realized they are indeed too short as they barely touch the tops of my shoes. And I'm not even that tall. Without shoes on I don't even come above 6 feet. If buying you might want to go up 2 sizes in length, unless you like to wear your pants low or like the high rise look.

I am 6 ft. and 175 lbs and can wear slim jeans. These are not that. They are too baggy around the seat and thigh areas. The legs are not tapered. If you want a better fitting jean go for the slim cut with tapered legs. The material is great and would be perfect for the slim cut. If you really want a nice fitting slim cut jean try the Levis 511 cut.
