Weird sizing, but great jacket 😊

Love the jacket, but took a few goes to get the right size...UK buyers beware, the sizes on here are US sizes and it fits quite big anyway (and the zipper is back to front of you’re worried about that sort of thing).

For similar jackets in the high street stores I need a large (this jacket turned out to be UK extra large, so way too big!), even the medium (UK large) was extra roomy so I ended up with a small with this jacket (so UK medium).

I tried small and it was too tight when zipped up. I was looking forward to size medium and was concerned about it being tight in chest and shoulders sticking out a bit much. I tried it on a few times to be sure as I really wanted it to fit. I guess I have the wrong body shape. One needs to be very slim for it.

I had some concerns about sizing after reading other reviews so thought I’d chip in in case anyone else was in the same boat.

Im 6’2”, 42” chest and 34” waist. I ordered a medium and would normally go for a large and the jacket fits me perfectly. It’s a slim fit so anything in the pockets wallets, keys, bulge out a little bit. Phone fits fine in a pretty big inner pocket and doesn’t show.

Not as heavy as I thought it would be but that’s not a bad thing, it’s not lightweight, and it’s fine for autumn/spring, cooler weather/evenings but not really the cold of winter and wouldn’t keep you dry anyway which I wasn’t expecting it to. Seems well made with good quality fastenings and stitching.

I was looking at a similar jacket which was over twice the price so really happy with this.

After reading the reviews I ordered a M not a L, as they said it comes up a bit large, perfect fit with a medium even though the label says US,M EU,L so basically US sizes.
I’m 6’2 slim, normally need large for arm length US,M perfect fit. 👍🏼

I bought this as a “filler” Christmas present for my husband. At first I thought the quality was not brilliant, as it is pretty lightweight and the jacket was really creased when it arrived. But my husband tried it on, loved it, and it looks really great on him. So - better “on” than “off”!!!! Good value for money. It goes with lots of things. Will be great going in to spring, or for travelling too.

The quality is good. It is well-made from medium/heavyweight cotton and is fully lined. Ideal for Spring and Autumn and OK for Winter if bought large enough to wear layers. I bought the grey version which turned out to be very dark and just as wanted.
As others say, the sizing is tricky. I am 5' 11" with 44" chest - normally XL . I ordered size L and it was exactly the right sleeve length but a bit tight in the chest if zipped up. I kept it but hope it doesn't shrink at all. May go on to buy an XL.

Love this jacket, it's a simple cut and style but has great fixings, buttons, zip etc - exactly what I wanted. The sizes are quite large, I ordered a medium and it's still 'roomy' but means I can fit layers underneath in the autumn etc. Overall very happy with this jacket.

However the jacket arrived in good time, was of a good quality and the XL size (I usually buy UK XL size in coats) was pretty spot on. The jacket is smart. Heavier than expected but feels a bit more robust as a result. Very pleased.
