Comfy, quality shoe at a great price.

I have quite wide feet and often disappointed by ordering shoes on line, bought these as an experiment due the price of DM shoes. Great value option. I walk approx 3km a day and they have been comfy from the start.

Burgundy Colour differs from Photos

They fit well, and the shape of the shoe is nice.

However, the colour was different from the photo (which is always going to happen) - but it is quite a bit different. Part of the shoe is burgundy as expected (although a lot more red than the photo suggests) but part of the shoe is actually brown leather (not burgundy).

It’s a shame about the colour because I actually really like the shoe - might return of the black pair.

I bought this pair of shoes because of their subtle colouring and reasonable price (£52.00).
They arrived quickly (today) and are a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. However, unfortunately I will be returning them today as they do not fit me.
Having large feet, and in an effort to avoid having to return an ill fitting shoe ( I normally wear UK Size 12 ), I purchased the UK Size 13.
To my surprise these came up extremely narrow and were a real struggle to get my foot into - and before you think it - no I do not have a high arch.

As of today, the UK Size 13 is the largest size I found these in on Amazon (not looked anywhere else yet), as you can imagine I'm thoroughly disappointed as they look and feel (in the hand) perfect. Oh well.

This was not what I expected. The finish on the Shoe was very poor. It was clear that the red colour had been applied very poorly to the brown brogues because you could see the brown colour under the red colour. The Red colour was not even applied to the part of the shoe where the laces were Also the seam where the two pieces of the upper shoe was joined was positioned at the instep rather than the heal. This too was poor quality. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the shoes to show you how bad it was.
