Poor Quality - Worn 5 Times and already has a rip on the thigh

These were bought for my husband after reading all the greta reviews. At first the fit was great and the pants worked well. After a handful, literally 5 times wearing the pant he noticed the material was tearing on the lower thigh (the most random area to tear). For the price I would expect better quality and to last more than 5 wears. He wasn't even using them for anything laborious - literally just normal daily, casual usage. I was hoping to contact amazon to see if there was anything they could do but on Amazon.ca you cannot speak to a human and this issue does not fall within their "customer service categories". Going to see if Carhart has some sort of warranty or quality guarantee.

Received Relaxed fit which is a wide straight leg

The product type states “five pocket”. We received “relaxed fit” which is a straight leg and quite loose. We were hoping for a pant that looks like the photo with a tapered leg. We aren’t sure of this was an error in product sent or if 5 pocket is the same as relaxed fit.

I work as an electrician and these work pants lasted 6 weeks before a hole appeared in my right knee. I was mostly working in a casino so the pants weren’t exposed to a construction environment.
I expected so much more from Carhartt.
I will not be buying from Carhartt again.

Bought two pairs, grey and beige. Grey colour does not fit true to other Carhartt pant sizing. Beige pant waist line is a full 2 inches smaller than the grey pair. Both pairs labelled as 31 waist 32 length. Very disappointed as the style of these pants seem very nice. Will try to buy through a different retailer where I can try on before I buy.

Carhartt pants have been my go to for work, but for some reason every time I order carhartts on Amazon, it seems that I’m getting a factory defective item. They fit nothing like the pants I get at boot barn or work world. These pants are awfully comfortable and stretchy but carhartt may have unfortunately compromised comfort for quality this time.

Stitching and cloth thickness are completely different from original. Pockets are completely different. Fit is completely different. Why would you change everything and then try to pass it off as the same model pants? They literally advertise "different label, same exact quality". These feel and look like pants that should be worn in a restaurant kitchen. I feel like I got scammed. So glad they only had one pair in stock cause I was going to buy 5 pair because my old pair were so amazing. These will be returned and it’ll be my last carhartt purchase.
