Good for Muddy Walks

Had these boots for a few months now - In terms of size - I have a wide foot fitting so always go up a size and then use gel inserts - which works fine for me. I am an owner of previous Muck Boots so think they are good for wide feet. The soles of the boots are quite thick, so you don't feel any stones though the soles on rocky ground. In terms of grip I have used them in muddy and icy conditions and find they have gripped well. They are short ankle boots and so your trousers easily come out, if you normally tuck them in. Excellent for muddly woodland walks, gardening and walking through small pools of water. If you are looking for boots to deal with real thick muddy conditions, you will need to move up to the "Scrub" or "Chore Versions" IMHO

Sturdy but not without fault

I purchased the boots as I wanted slip-ons that would be easy to get on and to potter around in the garden with. Boots are easy to get on and are very well made but Issue is they are not tight fitting around the ankle in fact are VERY loose which means a lot of general garden material finds it way very easily into the boots..dirt being the most frustrating...may as well go back to using my crocs as they are easier to eject the unwelcome garden materials taken up residence in them !

I cannot believe that such an expensive boot allows one to slip an slide on damp wet bits of mud (ie 2inches)deep. When walking the dog.... And the artic ice boots I bought are also a waste, at some £175.00.
The first dusting of snow with a tad layer of ice under it, sent me flying, no grip whatsoever avoid this brand like the plague. buy decent wellies more reliable an safer

Although the correct size on the foot, the ankle opening is so big that the boot 'slops'. Will be ok for short periods - like gardening.

I have an identical sized pair bought a few years ago and they fit perfectly that I can wear all day comfortably.

lovely little booties, but they have no grip so expect to slide around if you are not on flat dry ground.
second pair i have had but the soles wore out on both within months.
there are better booties out there look up "salt flat wading boots" expensive but they last.

These fit nicely and comfortably and were warm while they lasted but I wore through the sole in about a year. Water seeps in through holes in both soles. I do not recommend.

Wearing out fast!
Fits loose just like all the other products I own from muck boots. Great for the garden. Limited ankle support so don’t do any tricks. Easy off for when going inside house and easy on for going back out to the yard. Besides the loose fit these are great. had to replace insole with 3rd party within a month.

Our house is on 3 acres of heavy clay soil, which translates to 3 acres of mud.

These boots do pretty well overall. They're comfortable and keep my feet dry.

The tread is ok, but they are a bit slippery in the mud.

My biggest concern is that the pull loop on the back of the boot has already broken, and some of the threads in the body of the boot are coming loose a little. I have been wearing these boots about 2 to 3 times per week for outside work - they're definitely getting usage, but they are wearing down faster than I expected. At this point, I'm not very confident they'll last through the summer but I guess we'll see. If they don't, I'll definitely be looking for another brand next mud season.

Overall it’s a nice slip on boot but already coming apart at the seam where the tough textured part meets the neoprene at the top. Owned less than two months, so disappointing. Previously owned Bogs and had them for 15+ years and never had issues, worn until the bottom sole worn down. Decided to try this brand since they are known to be good but never again. Is it possible to return even if the time lapsed by a couple weeks?
