The cut, (albeit reasonably narrow on the leg) and finish on these chinos, (have bought more in different colours since my initial review) seems good for the price and they look smarter, (quite classy in fact) when 'worn-on' than other brand chinos I've worn over previous years. ... Interesting to see there is some expansive detail on the tags as to how to best wash them ... Seems to add a little vinegar to the first soak to help retain the colour ... 4/5 star rating and am well pleased.

OK but nothing special

Trousers arrived promptly but the material is quite thin and seems to be a bit staticy and also attracts specks of dust and hairs etc quite easily. I am usually a 30 length all these trousers in all waist sizes are stated as 32 but seem to be much longer? I ordered over on my usual waist of 36 to be on the safe side. The size 38 was ok with a tight belt!! . However my wife did a great job with wonder webb to turn up the length. Just waiting to see how the material stands up to normal washing. I fear that the wonder Webb will dissolve to leave annoying and difficult particles all over and will be a nightmare to take off their traces from the material.

Read overall good reviews and decided to purchase 2 pairs. 1 x Khaki and 1 x dark blue. I think the sizing is spot on (38w x 32l). Came nicely packaged in a re-sealable bag, so ideal for a gift. I like the quality of the materials and overall fit (regular fit). Will wash them a couple of times and if they still look as good as they do now then would certainly buy some more. So far very happy with purchase.

Check out these trousers . They look good on and are available in a number of colours.
The material is good though a bit light weight for winter. They can be worn in winter provided you wear long johns underneath.
Where I live the temperatures can descend to minus 26 in winter so underwear is important.
I would recommend these trousers to you.....

I would like to say these are great Chinos -
the quality of the finish is very good - nice stiching - good leg inside and outside

The size/ waist measure is very accurate- I am 33 waist (and 40 yrs old) be true to your actual waist and you will get the correct fit
For future purchases I will be considering at least 2/3 more pairs of the reg chinos and 1 pair of fleece lined chinos

Wierd fit - Too small waist or too longer leg

I am a 38W / 32L - The first pair I ordered were 38 waist 32 leg, but too small around the waist so I ordered a 40/32 waist replacement which was fine (so I recommend ordering one size bigger waist) however the 40 waist was too long on the leg (more than 32L long)!!! I ended up sending them all back because i couldn't get a pair of trousers that were the size that were advertised...

If you want a good pair of knock-about Chinos , you will have to look a long way to find better than these.
Very good cotton fabric with no artificial material, excellent colour, very well tailored,(My wife worked for Brooks Bros) and said that for the price these were superior by far.They are not office Chinos perhaps more like good jeans. Do try.

Great pair of chinos. Good fit, good weight to the cloth, surprising attention to detail, pocket linings are in a nice paisley fabric. Overall very pleased with this purchase. A shame that the stone and beige colours have to come from China so not much chance of a return if they do not fit or would have bought more of them.

Lovely pair of chinos. The colour is a good match to what was on screen and they’re a nice material which feels like it should be hard-wearing. Fits great and true to UK size. Purchased to replace jeans for work’s casual Friday. Only lost a star as there was a significant amount of leftover thread on the inside of the pockets where they had been stitched however this was easily cut away.
