This shoe fits a little snug out of the box but quickly forms to your foot giving amazing arch support with just the right amount of cushioning. I've worn these for a month now using them for 'urban hiking' lol, so I can't comment on actual day hiking ,etc but even so they show no signs of wear. I really hope Merrell never discontinues them.

have been wearing merrells for 10 years and every pair has fit me perfectly, I always buy the waterproof and they will last longer than one would expect. I always buy the waterproof shoes as I live in the pacific northwest (vancouver) which can be dewy some mornings . Don't even think twice when wearing my merrells. (you can even walk through puddles) You're feet don't get hot or sweaty in warmer weather.

Very grippy and supportive. I was walking around on a rocky beach in the rain. Love the extra width in these. Played in the rain and my feet stayed dry. Can get a little sweaty. Pull out insoles to air dry after.

These are my 3rd pair of shoes in the Moab range ( I have the Tactical boots and shoes for work ). These are comfortable and waterproof. They are a little snug fitting compared to my other Moab’s of the same size but still true to size, I just wear thinner socks . The insoles that Merrell uses now are the only thing I don’t like, I really like the Ortholite insoles they used before and I have put them into these shoes now.
