Absolute pleasure to use, the baby soft bristles don't miss an ounce of dust. Only criticism is that over enthusiastic brushing can ping the dust right over the dustpan. I can overlook that. So much do I enjoy this I have taken to sweeping the kitchen 2 or 3 times a day which has entirely altered my marriage.

This is a very pretty dustpan and brush. A little more plastic on the base of the pan and it would have been five stars. But the pan does not sit flat on the floor, meaning that dust bypasses the rubber lip on each side. You can press it down to make it sit right, but this becomes tiring after a while. Back to the One Pound Shop!

I have a 9 month old in the house and they've just learned the hilarious game of throwing their food, once munched on for a little bit, on the floor. It either bakes in hard or smears and it's just a pain. And there's so much of it thrown on the floor too.

Once the baby has been removed from the high chair, this dustpan and brush go to work and without fail it picks up everything that isn't stuck fast to the ground. It simply makes life easier.

Even having the brush fit into the pan makes it easier. It means they're never apart! - Great for those days when the baby is really testing your endurance.

- Soft brush helps to pick up debris, but also dust and dog hair
- Brush slots into the pan to keep them together

*** Cons ***
- Massive sticker left a sticky patch across the pan, which took a while to clean off (infuriating)
- Soft brush means you can't scrub with it

I hate cleaning and the manual labour involved thus why I bought a cordless Dyson to clean my porcelain floor tiles on all of the ground floors. Dyson does not do as it promised so I reverted to getting on my hands and knees with this dustpan set. Well, the brush is brilliant, getting into all manner of nooks and crannies and around my kitchen island legs, allowing me to clean my stairs properly. The 'old technology' has turned out to be the best for me - all that money wasted on gizzmos :)

I like that this coordinates with my other red vileda long handled broom and mop, as I like things tidy and organised. I only wanted one dustpan and brush, but no choice but to buy 2 or more which was a bit annoying. However, it a very good dustpan and brush and l really like the way the brush handle sits into the handle of the pan, such a neat idea. The handles are longer than normal which makes it easier to use. I am now quite happy to have 2 sets as they're great value for money.

I didn't think I'd be leaving a review for a dustpan this morning but after using it I knew I should give it some credit. I normally buy the really cheap ones but I didnt want to go to the store to get it so I checked out a bunch of reviews and I went for this one.

The bristles are soft and flexible so they sweep under fridges and washing machines with ease, the brush handle tucks away nicely in the dustpan, the rubber edge on the dustpan makes it so even the smallest crumbs get swept into it, it's comfortable to hold, and the plastic is sturdy and looks like it'd be hard to snap.

I'd easily recommend this. The only thing I wish would be to offer different colours because I hate red and it doesn't match my kitchen.

I absolutely love this dustpan and brush! (that's a sentence I never thought I would hear myself say lol). Having the brush slot so easily into the dustpan is such a simple design but makes for an easy life, no more time spent with dustpan in hand while on the hunt for the brush or vive versa, one is always with the other. The different types of bristles on the brush are great, it is so easy to get into corners and even to brush mats and carpeted areas. The dustpan creates a good seal with the floor or other surface (I use on worktops, shelves etc.) making it easy to brush up without dust escaping under the pan. Can even be used on wet spills. The set is very easy washed when needed. This has reduced my hoover use significantly. I would definitely recommend.

This is a dustpan and brush set, as such the dustpan and brush are in fact two seperate items. As I expected this to be the case I was not disappointed. They both have a handle which is ideal for holding them and the bristles on the brush are nice and stiff ideal for brushing floors but probably not so ideal for delicate cleaning where maybe a duster might be better.

In terms of stretch they are made of a very rigid plastic which does not stretch at all.

We use these (as you have to buy 2, like it or not) for cleaning the floor a purpose they are ideal for.

Lack of a hardware shop locally means I’ve been buying dust pans and brushes from the supermarket for £2 - cheap, grotty and lasts only a short while.
Thankfully, this last time they didn’t have any, so I bought this gem online.
What a difference for just over £1 more!
It’s sturdy and well made with a lovely soft brush. Not keen on the red colour but it’s not that important.
I just love it after putting up with buying short lasting tut for ages.

This is such a great dust pan and brush, the bristles are really soft so that you can, if you want to, squash the brush to the floor to get under the front and down the sides of the oven and fridge. Also the bristles arent so soft that they cant cope with a bit of grit and the usual daily floor rubble. All the bits went into the dust pan, I think it creates a bit of static so that it attracts the dust too. Now I'm not so cheesed off at paying more than the usual £3 for a dust pan and brush :D
