Fantastic value for money. Nothing fancy about this jacket but, it does fit well, although sizing is just a little bit on the small size. I usually take a Large in a jacket etc but decided to go for an XL having read some of the other reviews and would say that was the right decision. The main material is a good quality cotton drill type. The stretch rib trim for the waist and cuffs is also very good. The zip also functions perfectly well. The only small criticism I would make is that the pockets would be better with either zip or velcro fastening. They fasten with buttons which are a bit fiddly and will probably be the weak link as I can't see them staying on for long. But, as I say A Really Good Value For Money Jacket. Recommended

It's annoying when companies waste people's time and money because they cannot explain their sizes to customers. I'm a size large so I went for one size up to be safe. What I needed would have been 2XL. So now I have to return and pay probably £5 for packing and postage. Total waste of money time and trust.

You would have thought after so many customers reviews complaining about the same issue that in their products profile and description they would clarify the sizing scheme for normal UK customers. What's worse is they say the garments are made in the UK, so why are the fittings so small.

Very unhappy of the hassle of getting something not as described. Will return for a refund. Was actually quite excited about wearing a Harrington jacket.

I purchased this for my son who is size XL the add said order one size up but he wanted it baggy so ordered xxxxl.just arrived and he can't get both arms in it! Way way too small.i would say more like a large, deffinately not 4 xl! I don't know what is wrong with Amazon lately, everything I've ordered has been cheap and nasty.very disappointing.

Just got it. Good for the price. XL, I'm 5'8" 85kg with 34/6 waist. Good fit and right length for Harrington jacket. Should be able get jumper underneath. Tempted to get another in Burgundy or Beige will give it a week though.

Lovely and comfortable!! Well it felt comfortable for the whole of 5 minutes I had it on because of the hole on the inner lining didn't want to make it worse. So disappointed by the fact it doesn't have seemed it was QC such a shame as other than that it's great value for money oh well will send it back and go see if I can get one from elsewhere and all because My Shoestring couldn't be bothered to do a Quality control on it..

my hands got the black colour of the jacket!

I got one in black colour and took it with me on a trip abroad. The very first day I wore it I got all my hands and nail cuticles completely dirty as if I was working in the garden and forgot to wash my hands! it was so embarrassing especially for a woman, bearing in mind that the colour from this jacket is not easy to wash, usual soap doesn't cope with it, I only could wash it away with acetone! I know it's cheap but I've bought some cheap stuff from Chinese websites but never had such issues
Don't buy if don't want to have your hands to be painted the same colour as your jacket))

5xl is about a L to xl.
Terrible sizing. Avoid.
Dont trust the measurements on the size chart either totally wrong and inaccurate. These are not englush sizes. Chart says 4xl is 58 to 60 inch chest.
I precariously ordered a 5xl allowing for the comments I'd read about small fit. The 5xl when arrived far to small and when you measure the jacket claiming to be 5xl it is less than size chart states 4xl is. Chest size on 5xl measured 44inches when I measured it when it arrived. And the sleeves would be ideal for someone who Twiglets for arms.

I am so disappointed in the service for a request for a Royal Blue XS jacket as shown. I have tried ordering twice for this item and the order clearly states Royal Blue. Both times a Taupe/Cream jacket was delivered. I'm so angry! Paid for delivery too, The inconvenience and time wasting to return. I don't think i'd bother now!

Bought this just for a knockabout jacket for the summer and wear a hoodie underneath it if it's a bit cooler.
Very cheaply made the zip keeps getting stuck and is not a very good one , the inside pocket is very high and is difficult to use because of this.
On the whole a cheap and cheerful jacket that does the job.

Way to small to be XL

I ordered this as an XL size jacket, but sadly the size being sold and advertised as XL is far to small.
I returned this product but was still charged postage even though size stated is completely inaccurate, so I feel this should be treated as a faulty returned and not a choice error on my part.
Also I would say not up to Harrington jacket quality, more like overall material.
