Shoes fall apart in 2 weeks - DON'T BUY!

Don't buy these shoes! The heel separates from the sole after 2 weeks of wear. I got a replacement, same thing happened. Now I am stuck with these shoes and will have to glue them, which I shouldn't have to do. Very disappointed with this item!

not up to NB standards

As a letter carrier, I put a lot of KMs on shoes and NB 11.5 2E shoes have been my go-to for over 20 years. These shoes, however, felt uncomfortable from the get-go; I've been wearing them for about 4 weeks now, and they're still uncomfortable and they've now developed a chirping sound in each shoe as I push off each foot. The shoe just feels cheap and after purchasing 2 pairs/year for many years, these might be my last pair. Isn't even a model number on the shoe. And I don't think I can exchange them anymore. And these weren't a one-off- they are just poorly designed and manufactured.

When my husband received these in July (2020) he was very happy with them. They were comfortable and fit well. Unfortunately now, only two months later they are splitting on the sides and coming away from the sole. At $100 and all leather, I'd have expected much better wear from them. The return window has closed so we can't even send them back. No kudos for this product.

These shoes were supposed to be 4E width and are labelled that way. However the toe area narrows down to a point which is way to narrow for my feet.
I have an old pair of new balance which are much wider and we’re great.

I've been buying these New Balance shoes for my husband for at least 10 years from a local store without issues EVER. They no longer sell the size 16 I need so I came to Amazon to get them. NEVER AGAIN what is wrong with these? Are they factory rejects?

Sole is splitting from the leather shoe after 5 weeks? No good at all, these were a total waste of money, they won't even last another month with this craftsmanship. I believe I deserve a refund or a new pair sent to me. This is completely unacceptable with a New Balance shoe. Completely unsatisfied buyer.
