I have worn Rockports for years and they have always been my go-to quality for walking shoes. These were very disappointing. I bought them for walking my dog. I used them daily for about a month. Once the warmer weather comes I generally wear sandals so I have not worn them much until the last week. The soles are very worn for relatively new shoes. The material in the uppers does not soften up like leather. Instead it seems to have become stiffer, is splitting and digs into my foot where it bends as I walk. Certainly not the quality I have always come to expect from Rockport.

Al mes de la compra, la piel de ambos zapatos en la parte del empeine se agrieto, venia muy seca, mala experiencia al comprar zapatos a distancia, no se si el fabricante manda saldos que no pasaron control de calidad, considero que la marca rockport es de buena calidad mas no fue así en esta compra.
Directo con el fabricante que podría aplicarse como garantía? o mandarles los zapatos para que los valoren? Pésima calidad en la piel, no se cumplía ni el mes y ya la piel estaba reseca y agrietada.
Quedo en espera de su respuesta.

Disappointed with the quality, upper cracked and peeled

I bought these to replace a pair of similar Rockport shoes that have worn so well. Sole is worn down These new ones looked the same but are not the same quality I have come to expect from Rockport. The Front portion is some kind of cheap vinyl that has cracked and peeled. Rather disappointed with this Rockport purchase

Extremely cheaply made, like something from a cheap Chinese knockoffs store you would pay $20 for, the base of the shoe is made from foam, not rubber, the exterior is of very thin fake leather, they are low cut in height.
Very disappointed in this poor offering and the way Amazon reviews have made this look like a good purchase, when instead they are overpriced cheap rubbish.
