Comfortable but not true to size.

As this is advertised as a wide shoe, I expected it to fit easily with a bit of room to spare out of the box (I ordered a shoe half a size bigger than I normally buy for anything else as I will be doing lots of long walks in them). When i tried the shoe on, my foot only just fit and after walking 6 miles, I had issues, my feet were hurting a lot. I had to replace the shoes and miss out the second set of eyes to get them comfortable. They are fine with the relacing and are very comfortable, but beware, they are not true to size at all, I should have gone for a full size bigger.

Not durable enough

I bought this shoes about year ans a half ago, but used it intensively during one season only. After using it through one winter (not very intensively), top started to separate from the soil on both shoes, in front part. I have excellent glue and managed to fix it. To my great surprise the soil is worn out, as after few years of intense usage. If life expectancy of these shoes is twice shorter than expected, so should be the price. It is not a quality that I expected from Timberland, based on y former experience.

Bought the size 15 wide for my husband. They fit like 12 narrow. He can't even get his foot into them, and he doesn't have a high arch. Especially disappointing given Timberland are excellent.

Gonna try to return them.

i have owned and worn for years this same model, but made in India. This newest one, same size, same Timberland product number, fits much more narrow. Returning it, will try to get a size Wide and hope it fits.
