Timberland have always been the front runner in footwear (see what I did there?) These are no exception. Fit like you had gloves on your feet. Comfort and warm toes all in the same place. Even in the snow (Tested' and they passed) Waterproof and deceivingly light in weight! About as heavy as Nike Airs' True Story' Smart as' If they're to be used for night's down the pub, in your chinos or combats! I got them for the English weather and dog walking... I love them! A wipe and they are clean (Not that I go around jumping in puddles like a loop case) Just the splashes and such that I have had on them, came straight off with a wipe 'Juan Sheet' They are a 'Proper Tidy Bit of Kit' Don't take my word for it, I'm off me swede mate lol Looking good in my boots though!

Comfortable but not true to size.

As this is advertised as a wide shoe, I expected it to fit easily with a bit of room to spare out of the box (I ordered a shoe half a size bigger than I normally buy for anything else as I will be doing lots of long walks in them). When i tried the shoe on, my foot only just fit and after walking 6 miles, I had issues, my feet were hurting a lot. I had to replace the shoes and miss out the second set of eyes to get them comfortable. They are fine with the relacing and are very comfortable, but beware, they are not true to size at all, I should have gone for a full size bigger.

These are a great boot and worth the high number of top reviews. I wear a size 10 and the only available option was the normal size 10. The wide option was out of stock.

The boots arrived today and they are incredibly tight. Painful to wear in fact. I've never worn a size 10 shoe/boot this tight before. I would send them back for a bigger size if they had any in stick.

I have bought some shoe stretchers in the hope of loosening them out a bit. Fingers crossed

Timberland has dropped a bit in quality over the last decade. The last pair of boots I bought from Timberland lasted 8 years and had a lot more leather on them, these only have leather under the laces where it's not as useful for softness.
These are fairly warm, but make sure to wear some good thick socks to stay warm if you're out for long.
They're a bit stiff on first wear, but do get more comfortable like most shoes overtime. They're also pretty lightweight so you don't get fatigued wearing them all day like I do.
Overall, these are some of the best boots I could find at this price point from a trusted brand.

I wanted a good walking boot with ankle support so I can wear them on my motorcycle too. My true size is 9EEE but it’s hard to find wide sizes so I often go up to a 10. This boot is offered in wide sizes, but another review said they fit a bit small so I ordered 9 1/2 W. The length was a pretty good fit but despite being a wide size, the width was too small. I exchanged them for a 10W. That felt a bit snug at first but with a little wearing in they’re comfortable. They’re good looking, comfortable and well made boots, but I suggest ordering a bit bigger than normal especially if you have wide feet.

So Far, I am happy with how these boot fit and how comfortable they are. It's snow quite a bit where I am and they've kept me warm and dry so far. The boots are also fairly gripped and I have not slipped yet, although it's not very icy yet either. Look they look good, Just hope they hold up.

toller Schuh, eigentlich wie immer von Timberland... warm, bequem, feste Sohle, tolles Material... wenn, ja wenn sich nicht dauernd der Knoten im Schuhband lösen würde. Ich habe in meinen Leben bestimmt schon Tausende von Schuhschleifen gebunden, aber die hier gehen immer wieder auf (vielleicht liegt es an den beiden obersten Ösen ?), egal, wie fest ich sie binde. Ansonsten wirklich ein gut verarbeiteter Schuh !
