Great pair of water shoes from KEEN with just one niggle

I almost didn't buy these as I'd seen so many reviews about the Whisper being really narrow. I
have regular width feet and chose my usual size 6. I don't find them too narrow at all, they just feel like they fit. There's plenty of space in the toe area and it feels like they grip the rear of my feet well. They are easy to slip on and the bungee makes it easy to adjust the fit quickly. I'm marking them down by one star simply because the arch support isn't amazing and as someone who over-pronates a decent footbed means I can walk further without pain, but as these are water shoes, I'm only going to be walking short distances wearing them to get into the water anyway and the footbed feels supportive enough, just without the level of arch support I like. They are really comfy though, hold my foot in place well and whilst I've not yet used them out on the water, they feel capable and are a great replacement to my very old KEEN Uneek water shoes.

After researching quite heavily into a new pair of walking sandals I decided to try these based on the number of positive reviews. Sadly, they were tight at the top of the laces with very little ability to widen the gap.
I fully loosened the laces but they didn't really alter the fit much, especially at the back of the sandal. Although just trying them on, they felt OK, I felt that once I'd worn them for any period of time, they would become uncomfortable and would no doubt pinch.
Very disappointing really. I've had similar style sandals that were able to adjust the fit in a number of ways to make them comfortable, these did not.
I've gone back to my Hi-tec sandals, much comfier, more flexible fit, hard wearing and £50 cheaper!

I went on holiday in them to Spain but it rained and they were so slippy I could not stand up in them.
A lot of money to fall flat on my face KEEN!
Very poor grip soles in this edition.
I have some I bought 10 years ago with a fantastic gripping sole in all weathers
Why are the soles on these so very poor?

I am really disappointed that after 1/12 use last year and sporadic use this year the strap on one sandal has perished and on the other side is beginning to disintegrate. Having bought them from Amazon I cannot find a warranty or means of replacing them .At this price they should last more than 12months with average use.

I really hope that I got faulty ones!

I bought these last July (2020). I live in Canada and was only able to wear them for about 3 months thus far. I loved them! They fit great and are so comfortable. Today I got them out for this summer, and discovered that the heel strap is falling apart! I am considerate of my shoes and I always wear them properly, not with my heel sitting on the strap.

I know so many people that love them and have them last a long time, so I don't understand why mine are already broken! Very disappointed.

Porto il numero 39 o 40 a seconda dei modelli, ho quindi ordinato il numero 39.5 di questa scarpa.Purtroppo l'ho dovuta rendere perché mi usciva fuori il tallone dalla suola della scarpa e dava l'effetto di scarpa troppo piccola per il mio piede. Allora l'ho resa e ho preso la misura 40 che andava bene sul tallone ma mi era lunghissima davanti, avevo quasi 1 cm tra la fine delle dita dei piedi e la fine della scarpa... Il piede non si muoveva all'interno perché tenuto in posizione dalla scarpa, ma mi faceva i piedi lunghissimi, quindi ho dovuto rendere anche la misura 40!

Ces chaussures sont adaptées uniquement aux personnes qui font du canoé, canyoning et autres activités dans l'eau. La semelle très et trop rigide pour marcher avec ! Tournez-vous plutôt vers des semelles plus souples (type vibram) si vous souhaitez des sandales de marche.
J'avais commandé la paire en rouge (Beet RED) et j'ai reçu la paire couleur framboise.
Je renvoie cette paire en demandant un échange et de bien s'assurer que c'est du rouge dans la boîte.
Et bien j'ai reçu une paire en couleur CORAIL! dans une boîte où c'est clairement écrit que c'est la couleur CORAIL. Là plus de doute, le personnel n'a pas la compétence pour vous servir ce que vous commandez!

es handelt sich wirklich um einen schönen Schuh, der leider mit der Schuhbreite "weit" angepriesen wurde. Mir passt er leider nicht über den Ballen und das Material ist da nicht wirklich dehnbar - soll es ja auch nicht - . Sollte bei Problemweiten ruhug eine Nummer größer bestellt werden. Oder das "WEIT" aus der Produktinformation nehmen, ich finde es allenfalls "NORMAL".
