Could not find any better

This product is amazing in my opinion, also essential for work, because they support your back as well as they giving you a comfort to your feet. Been using few pairs of them in the last ten years, so they are well tested. Berry in mind, that they are not very comfy for long walks, but for small spaces kitchens alike work, they are perfect.

I wish they were better

I am a religious wearer of Birkenstocks, and normally a 39 will always fit. These were like boats on my feet. The insole moved around and it took real concentration to make a few steps in them. I work in a hospital and could not see myself being able to handle these at all. They were not comfortable either. Very hard.

I am a professional chef and i stay 12 hours on my feets after the first tree hours your feets starts to hurt. The cork sole is to hard and your feets will cry. If you will buy it for make more than three hours on it dont do it.

I remember them being more flexible and thicker. These seem to be more like a plastic material. But my original one's were bought in the late 90's. Not a bad shoe but I will not purchase again..and they took ALOT longer to arrive.

...or else you will have to pay return postage to Germany, which amounts to $27.00 - and that was the cheapest via USPS. Better yet, find a place in the states that sells them. They were very comfortable when I tried them on, but swimmingly huge. At least a full size larger than what I wear, which is a size 9 women's. I ordered according to their size chart (40 euro) but that was not accurate. I wear a size 39 in Dansk clogs - in these Birkis I would probably order a 38, but not going to risk having to spend the $$ to return them if they don't fit.

Clunky Plastic Squeakers

I found them to be clunky, and they squeaked on the wood floors. They had moderately good arch support, and that is what I was looking for.

Take a hard look at the "top-down" picture, and imagine them being rubberized plastic fat clog shoes, because that's pretty well what you're getting.
