This item arrived broken and despite paying over £20 for it, it arrived broken and I was only offered a £3 refund. When I requested a full refund or replacement they said no to a refund and told me that If I want a replacement I'd need to return my broken one.

They told me that if I don't have a printer I'd have to mail it back myself and they would only pay a PORTION of the postage!
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE.
