They do have 2 failings as far as I can see - the first is the worst laces in the world! They constantly come undone unless you double knot them. Why they use them escapes me. Secondly, the hard plastic soles, while hardwearing, provide very poor grip on wet smooth surfaces. If cycling with them on with even damp soles, they slip very badly. Wet slated areas i would avoid with these on.
Hope this helps. see less

Answer:
I don't think they claim to be waterproof. They are perfect for dry milder weather, as they are very breathable.

Answer:
10.5, Amazon are good with returns if you need it changed. I found the fit small got 10.5 originally then went up to 11. This may be a pattern across the range. Shoes one of the hardest things to buy online.

The ones I received were men’s size 12. It said they were women’s but they’re not unless there’s no difference.

Answer:
I normally take a size 11.5 as my left foot is 0.5 larger than my right, I found that the Ideal fit for me was a 12.5 Merrell with a pair of Dr Foot insoles.
Its far better to go up a size and use an insole for comfort every time. If you have not done it for a while, call in a shoe shop and get your feet measured just… see more

Answer:
There is no air cushion on the Vibram sole. It has a semi rigid sole suited for rocky ground and hill climbing. Weight wise, the moab2 is heavier than trainers and less comfortable. But is still value for money and will be long lasting. Overall a hard wearing shoe that should last several years and gets more comfy with use.

Answer:
I normally buy size 10 shoes so bought size 10 Moabs. They are fine with medium thickness socks. I usually walk about 6mls a day with my dog and the boots are standing up well. I bought them because of the Vibram soles which show very little signs of wear.
