Answer:
Hi, Salomon's are always a "snug" fit which is fine if you are aware of this. So my son is 11-12 size, so has a 12. My advice would err on the larger size. We have bought quite a few pairs, different styles etc over the years and this is consistent even in the womens' range too. But we love the brand!

Answer:
They will loosen slightly, I am a size 5 normally but I like to buy 6 and a half as this gives your feet room to move . I have narrow feet and I find them a great fit. I buy a new pair every year .

Hello,

Thanks for your question.

You can indeed totally sue women's size, they are the same as men's it is just about the color offerings that are different.

Regarding the width, the shoes are going to loosen up a bit if you feel a bit tight at the beginning.

Thanks,
Salomon team see less

Answer:
Not sure if these are goretex but I have used these for a year in all weather and can vouch for them being completely waterproof. Even the tongue is waterproof.
I wash mine under the tap and afterwards the interior is dry.

Answer:
Similar unfortunately. I ordered 6.5 (I am a 6 in shoes but often take a 6.5 in trainers. I had never bought Saloman before. The 6.5 was far too long. I had to send it back and did not exchange as they are not free to return. I didn't want to pay twice.
