This is a credit card holder with RFID. I don't know what an iPhone mini is. If it's a phone then no, it won't work.

They are not pressed against each other, the less cards you have the less they will touch but unless you put them carefully to each side, yes they would touch but again, not pressed unless you put like 5 cards in there

Well, you have a point here. Not a good idea to have more than one contactless cards together. In my case, I have in mine just one such card and then I have an identity card, loyalty card, driving license card and so on...
