I would go for size 8 as the sleepers are not comfortable when its loose than the actual size as it may come off upon walking. If this is 0.5 size smaller I doubt that will be tight if you get size 8. Although please pop in to local clarks or sports direct if you get chance to make sure which one fits best.

The size chart is quite self explanatory. Because men's shoes are usually more generously sized than women's shoes, a woman can usually wear a size smaller in men's shoes. But I have found with Crocs flip-flops that sizes vary by supplier anyway.
