I'm a woman with a very wide fit (probably 4e) and I wear them frequently - I have difficulty finding anything that both fits and is comfortable to walk in -not necessarily the same thing. They have a good depth too.

My husband's shoes are width 4E but I believe they sell all widths. He is 85 and bought his first pair years ago which he uses now for his daily walks. The second pair he seems to wear most of the rest of the time. He is very impressed with the comfort and to me, both pairs look like new.

The 4e specification is designed for wide feet and are ideal if you have problems. In terms of style, it certainly does not look out of place as the tapering at the top rounds off very nicely.
