Yes, they are knee length. I got them for my husband, unfortunately, because he is diabetic and his legs swell he found them a bit tight.

Yes, some 13 to 14 inches from ankle bone to just below knee. One thing to bear in mind (that I learned the hard way) is do not tumble dry them -- they shrink and go very hard! Do be sure to ask for knee high, and watch out for ads that refer only to "long".

mine have toe shape they may be a bit big for someone with smaller size feet? but there are cheap enough to buy ,so give them a go..

Not had that experience but i think the tops may be too tight in the case of excess swelling.
