is the label size accurately correspond to the uk size in the size chart ? so label size large would be uk medium to fit 38-41 inch chest ?

me i get what i think will fit me ?? if i wear a medium shirt or jumper then in a jacket i would go for extra large ( xl} or (xxl to give me wiggle room as i call it never get a tight jacket always allowe for warmer clothe to be under your jacket that way you can wear it all year round , NOW THATS HOW I BUY MY JACKETS,, How you buy your clothes is up to you but uk size are the same as every where i think ? thay are so messed up best thing for me is if i think its xl sizes then i go xxl size just to give me that little wigle space ok ! hope thats of some use to you.

I am chest XL or UK 44-46" So I went to a size XXL, which fitted perfectly. My advise "go up a size"
