I ordered the x/s for very slim build wouldn't say it has really long arms and body not that long fitted 5ft 2 gent who is very very slim

I guess L, but you make sure you check the size chart as well. my boyfriend is way smarter than this and S was a perfect fit.

should be a decent size, dependent on how broad your shoulders are. I always tend to buy one size larger, to allow room for seasonal weight gain/loss.
