Contact crocs , I believe they will replace it if it’s with in the warranty period.
I had a pair replaced not so long ago.

You should contact amazon for returns - you normally have a month to do that in. Go to your orders and find returns from there.

I have had mine for several months and the straps are fine. Sadly, I cannot help you, perhaps if you email Crocs or Amazon and explain to them your disappointment. I'm sure they will help.
