I know of some work/trainer type shoes that I have previously worn being incredibly slippery on concrete or tarmac. There is a little bit of slip initially on the foot touching the floor but not as bad as the others I've worn.

They are not slippy and are very comfy to wear,
Only thing I found being heating engineer material soon wore being scrapped on floor
