No they are not. Also, note that they are thin soled and are comfortable however if you are wearing them over a hard surface such as stones or pebbles etc they will be uncomfortable. Not suitable for long walks . More like indoor wearing in the office or gym etc.

They're about as waterproof as your average sieve, I walked home from work yesterday and ended up having to hair dryer them this morning.

Not sure, I have never used them in

There were no label which describes that and I've never worn them when it rains so I'm not sure, but my son said they're very comfy.
