No we have metal trolleys at work and get shock every day

unknown mate - but the guy who said they are not because he gets a shock at work pushing metal trolleys will be getting a static shock directly caused from trolley not being earthed with a static strip nothing to do with the shoes if i was him i would tell his employer to fit some strips!!!!
